Excellent location with amazing view. Beautiful,well equipped condo had everything we needed and more! This was our fifth time on Maui and think this may be our favorite. We only wish it had A/C in the bedroom. The bathroom was fine for the two of us with a nice sized shower, but may feel a little small for more than that. We used the beach chairs and umbrella every day and really appreciated that they were in great shape. Having a washer and dryer is so helpful and also very much appreciated. We also enjoyed the Lanai a lot and loved watching the beautiful Maui sunsets every night!

The perfect place to stay in Maui. Loved it! Across from the best beach on the Island. Beautiful ocean views. Lovely unit. Even the pullout couch was extremely comfortable. We will be back!

Two complaints: (i) there were a lot of ants in the kitchen upon arrival, (ii), the bed sheets are 100% polyester, which (a) is uncomfortable, and (b) are heavy and hot; (iii) there is a massive a/c unit in the living room, but for some reason nothing in the bedroom but a weak fan that makes a large clanging noise any time you turn it on to strength. In August, this makes for a pretty hot night of sleeping.

Overall our stay was excellent. Property was clean and the property manager was very good at communicating with us. My only complaints are that the ac needs to be replaced (leaks onto lanai) and the lack of storage for leftovers. We bought and left 5 Tupperware containers so the next guests don’t have the same problem.

We had such an amazing stay here at Kamaole Beach Royale 409 for our first trip to Maui! The location is unbeatable, along with the sunrise and sunset views! Walkable to coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants, the beach and more. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maui!

Loved the condo and location. Big gantry and roof repair every day right outside our unit. This was not disclosed before we checked in.

We have been staying at KBR for many years. We have always loved the location and the units. Our complaint is this. KBR has become much less kid friendly than in years past. Being constantly pestered that our Grandkids were being too loud either in the pool (during daylight hours) or on the 7th floor trying to enjoy dinner together at sunset (by the older guests or owners). Either advertise as adult only or... let the kids have some fun so parents can enjoy a nice vacation without feeling the stress if our kids/grandkids make a peep. Location and units are fantastic... some owners and property maintenance guy (xxx) need to chill out a bit.

Really one of the cleanest condos we have stayed in. Been coming to Maui for 5 consecutive years now. I appreciate the hardwood flooring because carpet grosses me out. Place comes with umbrella, chairs, cooler. Wish the cooler was smaller for short trips to the beach, but really, if that's all I'm complaining about then that's ok. Less than 5 min walk to south end of kam 1 beach. Good view of the ocean and can even see whales spouting in the distance.

This condo had everything we needed — easy parking, central location, walkable to the beach, ocean views, full kitchen, and A/C. I have stayed in Kihei before so I knew what to expect. Another great feature were the shops next door for renting snorkel gear or buying groceries.

The unit was clean and comfortable. Kitchen well supplied with utensils etc. The only downside was the noise from traffic on South Kehei road.

Very nice accommodations. Great location , just a walk across the street to one of the nicest beaches in Maui .Plenty of beach necessities, including chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and so on. There’s also a little market and shopping center within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.
