Kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, Sapele Mahogany cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. You will find a portable A/C in guest bedroom and living room to make your stay more comfortable. ***Construction Notice: There is active construction occurring on the neighboring property, and may cause noise or partial obstruction to the existing island and ocean views. Rental rates have already been adjusted to reflect a competitive rate.***
