Effective January 13th, 2026, through February 10th, 2026, Papakea Resort will undertake an extensive plumbing project. Some parts of the building will start this work soon, and you may hear some noise during this time. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Non-working holidays are already included in the schedule. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.

Stay in and enjoy cooking a meal or two in the gourmet kitchen that is fully stocked for your convenience. Fully remodeled kitchen and bathrooms feature custom cabinetry, spectacular Lumerian granite countertops and modern finishes to provide all the comforts of home. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo for your use.
In the master bedroom, you'll find a comfortable Queen size bed with a luxurious ensuite master bathroom featuring a walk in shower with stone and tile work. High end finishes include beautiful Lumerian granite countertops.
The second bedroom includes a Queen size bed and it's own ensuite bathroom which includes a walk-in shower and exquisite finishes. Hawaiian inspired furnishings, finishes and decor will put you at ease as you enjoy this luxurious condo.
Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi ponds, two salt water pools, spas, shuffleboard, putting greens, tennis and pickleball courts and much more! It is located just North of the famous Ka'aanapli Beach. Just walking distance from the resort are many shops, restaurants and a grocery store. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village many of Maui's top beaches.
**PLEASE NOTE that Papakea Resort requires a $25/day facility fee. The fee includes a parking permit, Wi-Fi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay, yoga, water aerobics and other classes, complimentary use of tennis racquets, putting, and pickleball equipment. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival. **
This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays. Our on-island team provides: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. We also provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for your stay. Complimentary concierge service is available to all My Perfect Stays guests.

Very nice unit. Wonderful views. Kitchen stocked well, adequate parking. Very close to market and restaurants. The only thing is the bedrooms are stuffy as there is no AC vents in bedrooms. Very small window above bed. Portable fan in closets that we found and had to use all night. OK for winter but in summer hotter months not sure how well fans would work for sleeping. Overall though, very comfortable condo.

The property was beautiful, and unit was tastefully furnished and the beds confortable. The only drawback was the way the layout of the building. When neighbors would talk loudly in the evening the noise would amplify in the corridor and sound like they were talking right outside the window. Tried to get security to quiet the neighbors down but was told by the management company that they did not manage the unit in question so they could not do anything to assist. Unfortunate experience.

We planned this trip as a little escape from our day to day in San Diego and Papakea was an incredible experience from the moment we checked in. The room has an incredible lanai and view. The interior is spacious with a remodeled kitchen. The property is beautiful and in an amazing location, walking distance to amazing beaches, food trucks and a grocery store.

The condo location was fantastic and the property was amazing. My only downside to this unit was that the floors weren’t clean when we arrived. There was a broom in the unit but no dustpan, a vacuum but no charger. Eventually I just swept as best as I could onto a piece of paper and emptied it into the trash.

We stayed here with our 17-month-old daughter and my dad and had a wonderful time. The condo was clean, cool, and comfortable and the grounds were super family friendly. The rooms were very spacious, making it easy to share with our daughter in her pack-and-play. The location was also great. It was easy to walk to different restaurants, beaches, and resorts nearby. Downtown Lahaina was also only a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again!
