This penthouse corner unit boasts some of the best views from Papakea Resort. With it's oceanfront location you'll enjoy the beauty of Maui from virtually every room! While relaxing on your private lanai you'll be able to spot sea turtles and whales breaching. This West facing condo will provide first row seats to Maui's incredible sunsets and views of the majestic islands of Molokai and Lanai.
Inside you'll find a relaxed Hawaiian inspired atmosphere with cool tile flooring, tropical themed furnishings and decor, plenty of natural light and vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances and offers counter seating for 2 and a dining table for 4. The comfortable couch not only boasts views of the ocean but converts to a Queen size sofa sleeper to accommodate additional guests. You'll stay cool on those warmer Maui days as this unit features 3 split AC units; one for every room.
In the master bedroom you'll enjoy a King size bed and a spacious place to rest after a day in the sun. Just around the corner is the master bathroom which includes dual sinks, stone countertops and a walk-in tile surround shower.
The loft sleeps 3 more guests with a Queen size bed and a Twin size bed. The loft boasts its own bathroom for further privacy and convenience.
Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi ponds, two salt water pools, spas, shuffleboard, putting greens, tennis and much more! It is located just North of the famous Ka'aanapli Beach. Just walking distance from the resort are many shops, restaurants and a grocery store. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches.
**PLEASE NOTE that Papakea Resort requires a $25/day facility fee. The fee includes a parking permit, Wi-Fi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay, yoga, water aerobics and other classes, complimentary use of tennis racquets, putting, and pickleball equipment. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival. **
Effective January 29th, 2026 through February 3rd, 2026 and again March 20th, 2026 through April 21st, 2026 the L building at Papakea Resort will undertake an extensive plumbing project. Some parts of the building will start this work soon, and you may hear some noise during this time. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Non-working holidays are already included in the schedule. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays. Our on-island team provides: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. We also provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for your stay. Complimentary concierge service is available to all My Perfect Stays guests.

The unit had the most amazing view. Had all the amenities nessasary for our group. We did have a couple issues but guest services were quick to respond. Check in was was a breeze. The pool was great and never overcrowded.

We enjoyed every minute we were at the unit. The view of the open ocean was spectacular and saw awesome sunsets and whales sitting at the balcony.
The king bed was comfortable. The unit’s kitchen was well equipped. The unit also had good beach accessory supply: beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys etc.
The location was also very convenient as it was close to a grocery store, coffee shops, ABC store etc.
However, we did feel that the unit could use a deep cleaning as we could some bird feathers and dust bunnies upon arrival.. the furniture especially patio chairs and tvs could use some updates.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and would definitively consider coming back.

Very clean, spacious with great view of the ocean. Although there is not much of beach as the water comes up to the wall. Great location with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Overall good place to stay.

This 2 bedroom was clean but older. The carpet going upstairs needs replaced and that stairway very narrow. Also needs updated pans. The view is beautiful from the condo. The property immaculate! Not a fan of the rocks in the water and lack of beach in front of condo. We loved the pool, hotub and grilling area.

Perfect location for a base camp for island adventures. Condo was very well stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, tennis rackets, snorkels, fins and even suntan lotion. Great sunsets every night. ABC store in walking distance. We will be back.

We enjoyed our visit very much. Sitting on the balcony and looking/listening to the ocean was amazing. I would definitely come back. Grocery store and restaurants were close by and many great beaches to enjoy.
