This rare ocean-front condo is stunning! Listen to the sound of the ocean from the comfort of your home, while watching whales (Dec-April) and Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles all year long!
Located a five minute walk from boats, Maui Ocean Center Aquarium, shops and restaurants at Maalaea Harbor!
The condo offers a fully stocked kitchen—convection toaster oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and full size fridge. Washer and dryer.
The bedroom offers a beautiful teak King-sized bed, ample closet space and the tiled bathroom offers a large shower.
Remodeled and updated, 20 feet from the water! Designed for beauty and comfort, there is an air-conditioner, comfortable couch, pillow top queen-sized bed, large tiled shower, TV, WiFI, and lovely lanai with table and chairs. DID I MENTION THE VIEW? The view is enchanting! You simply cannot get closer to the water without jumping in!
Condo is located on fourth floor (elevator access) with 180 degree, unobstructed ocean views!
Ma'alaea is soooo conveniently located! Just about 12 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Costco, 15 minutes to Kihei, 25 minutes to Lahaina and 10 seconds to the ocean! Great surfing and snorkeling right out the front door, a long, beautiful beach for walks, shops, restaurants, the aquarium, and snorkel/dive boats, fishing boats, sunset cruises—all just five minutes away. There is a sweet little beach park just a five minute walk down the road. The Island Sands complex offers a pool as well!
Located off the the hwy, on a relatively remote beach where you will see almost no one else.
There is no more sugar cane on Maui so any write ups you may have seen about the inconvenience from burning sugar cane no longer happens!!
The view includes: watching the sunrise —or moonrise!—over Haleakala, gazing out to Molokini Crater, watching the sunset off of Kahoolawe, boats coming to and from the harbor, surfers at "Freight Train" surf site, Humpback whales from Dec. through April, Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles all year long! It truly is magical, mesmerizing and ever-changing!
We live about 30 minutes away and are happy to greet you in person if need be, however, we are all set up for self-check in so you can get in easily. We had a wonderful stay at this condo located at Maalaea Harbour. The hosts were wonderful, messaged us with weather conditions and other points of interest. The condo itself was spotless and well equipped with anything we would need, including beach chairs. We would recommend this condo to family and friends, especially if they are there to whale watch or are looking for turtles. You can do it all here. Would recommend a rental car.

Just home from a lovely week in Maui. The condo is exactly as described with the lanai offering heavenly views of the stars, the sunrise, sea turtles, and of course, the whales. We saw them almost non stop. They are visible to the eye, but bring your binoculars to get an even better view. The location is super convenient as we stopped at Costco and purchased items on our way from the airport, cooking a couple of meals on the nice Weber grills by the pool. We walked to the harbor multiple times to shop, eat, and catch a couple of tours. Excellent meals at Tante (catch happy hour for great prices) and Seascape. Eve was great, checking in on us occasionally. I would definitely stay here again. Mahalo to the hosts!

We were scheduled to arrive in Maui late on a Sat evening and Eve was so helpful in proactively contacting us to ensure we were going to be comfortable for checkin. Great location, truly saw more than 30 whales from Lanai first day. Condo is well appointed, great for cooking, comfortable furniture, terrific ventilation for cooling down, and awesome hosts. We would highly recommend!
