We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The views were absolutely beautiful, and the grounds themselves are gorgeous. The pool was very well maintained and made for relaxing afternoons. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked, and we appreciated the many accessories provided for the beach, along with plenty of towels. The AC units in the bedrooms were a lifesaver during the heat of the day.A couple of things to note: the kitchen heated up quickly when in use, and paper goods provided weren’t enough to last the full week (something we’ve found other rentals typically supply in greater quantity).We did encounter some maintenance and pest-related concerns. Around the pool area there were quite a few cockroaches, and inside we saw ants in the kitchen even with food sealed. We also came across a centipede in the bathroom. Some of the doors and screens could use repair — the guest bedroom’s double doors had a gap that let in bugs and heat, the guest bathroom window had no screen, and the screen doors in general were not functioning. We also noticed some water damage on the bedroom door leading to the master bath.Overall, it’s a lovely property with a lot of potential and many great features. With some attention to pest control, door/screen repairs, and stocking supplies more generously, it would be an exceptional place to stay.

Simply put - the photos do not do this house justice. We stayed here to start the new year, and it blew our socks off. Care is taken with each part of the house, and we could not have imagined a more perfect location for our family. We can’t wait to stay here again in the future!
The house was very nice having the pool was great was very close to shops stores.
We had a wonderful time in this house. We had everything we needed and it was a good, central location for most of the activities we did on the island.

Communication with the property manager was prompt and thorough. No hassle with extra cleaning when you leave which is great. They knew it was my birthday and made the effort to leave a handwritten note and a gift from a local artist. So amazingly thoughtful.
The views from the lush backyard of the ocean are fantastic, especially at sunset. We grilled, swam and watched the sun go down to relax in the evening.
The house itself is much bigger than you see in the pictures and the neighborhood is quite and clean. it has everything we needed for a group of 5 including card games, books, beach gear with coolers. AC units in each room but still a little warm. We used fans to pull the cool air from outside into the common spaces and it worked great. The units in the room made it perfectly comfortable for sleeping.
Would absolutely stay here again or book another unit from the property manager.
Our family of five could not have been happier with this home. The photos really don't do it justice - the interior, the pool, the expansive yard, and the grilling area just go on and on! The location allows for easy exploring on the north and south ends of the island, and is also close to town for grocery shopping and restaurants. We explored during the day but always tried to get back in time to enjoy the pool and grill for at least a couple of hours in the evenings. As other reviews point out, the inside of the house is pretty toasty during the day but the air conditioning in the bedrooms made sleeping very comfortable (and the rooms cooled down quickly). The beach and pool gear available in the garage was a great addition. We loved this home and would absolutely stay here again!
Clean and had everything we needed. Management company was easy to reach and they ensured we had a great stay. Plenty of toiletries, supplies, towels, pool toys, and beach supplies. Would 100% stay here again.
