**THIS IS A LEGAL VACATION RENTAL** This 19th floor unit is fully furnished with 2 twin beds in bedroom area, a pull out sofa bed in the living room, and two chairs with table on the lanai/balcony. It will accommodate up to 4 people. Enjoy the LCD flat screen TV, cook a gourmet meal in the modern fully equipped kitchen, or relax on the spacious 120sf lanai!
Open granite kitchen, custom cabinets, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics you need to enjoy home cooking during your stay, including a full size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, and all the basic cookware, dishware, and utensils.
Free high-speed internet and WI-fi provided, with dedicated router in the room for great connectivity and speed. A/C keeps you cool inside and the spacious balcony is perfect for outdoor relaxing and classic in-room private resort dining. The Ilikai features a newly renovated pool, on-ste restaurants, cafes and convenience store. Located in a prime location adjacent to the Hilton Hawaiian Village and close to shopping by day at the Ala Moana Shopping Center, the convention center or the bustling nightlife of the Waikiki strip, you are close to it all. The lobby and property entry has the feeling of the Hawaiian Ohana and steps away from Waikiki Beach and the Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon. And the beach is just steps from your door!
Parking is available and is paid directly on site: $45/day valet parking. at the Ilikai, $33/day self-parking at the Marina Garage next door, or self parking in the harbor lots behind the hotel for $1/hr with the ability to ad time by phone or online. (*Parking rates subject to change)

The view was absolutely phenomenal! Unbelievable. But the apartment itself needs updating. It has twin beds instead of a queen or king. There are no USB charging at all and very few outlets that are accessible. The worst was the loud air conditioner unit. Other than that the stay was ok. The view is what made the stay.

Awesome views and great location! Easy access to great restaurants, beaches and Waikiki trolleys. Condo was as advertised and we enjoyed our stay. We had a problem with one of the condo shades and I contacted the management company. It was fixed the very day. Great time amd would recommend the condo. Mahalo

If a person prefers new, this isn’t it, but the property is well maintained and located at the edge of Waikiki, which suited me nicely. Quiet and restful, the bed was good if you don’t mind a twin bed. Many restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely come again.

The location of the unit was great and overall it was a pretty nice unit . . . BUT - Valet parking is now $40.00 per day - our 9 day stay was $360.00. The other option was self park but it was very inconvenient and cost $28.00 per day. Pictures show lounge chairs that were not there, shower has shower curtain instead of shower door pictured, shows toaster oven that was not there and the third bed (sleeper sofa) was extremely uncomfortable. We had problems with the TV remote and Kevin was very polite and helpful. Their expert on remotes was "extremely rude" and talked to us like we were dummies.

Great location, easy access to every thing but the two cane patio chairs were badly weathered and coming apart, no dining table or chairs, there were two stools but the counter was not designed for eating at, only dishes, glasses and cups for four (waste of having a Dish washer), no cutting board. Two beach chairs were nice. Very old style and noisy air conditioner. Knew another couple in the building and visited their unit and it had been upgraded with a very silent air conditioner.

we really enjoyed the location close to the ala moana mall, moana park and the activities in the waikiki area and would recommend the condo to friends
