The house is awesome and looks brand new. When we arrived everything was ready for us and the whole house was super clean. The whole process of renting, arrival, house rules etc, is just perfect and very easy. Thank you and congrats to Makana Kaua'i Properties and to the owners for making our stay so great and comfy. The view from this property is absolutely stunning!! The best place that we have stayed on Kauai! Can't beat the location. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The house was beautiful, well-stocked and so clean. Hope to stay here again soon!
We booked this house for the Kauai portion of our honeymoon and it was incredible.
For starters, there was an Art & Flea Market (@princevilleartistandflea) in the neighborhood as we arrived. It was a crazy coincidence and we enjoyed shopping, walking around and got dinner.
We loved the home design and decor - it was very relaxing and clean. The house is stunning with mountain views and waterfalls that you can see from the couch and porch. Bed was extremely comfortable. Master bathroom is a dream with a smart toilet and spa-like shower. The details of the wood shelving in the bathrooms and we loved the gorgeous pottery adorning the one in the master bath. It was so nice to be able to do laundry.
It's near the Princeville Botanical Gardens which was incredible and then we appreciated the foliage in our yard all that much more!
We would definitely stay here again if we ever get back to Kauai. Thank you for a fantastic week!
This was our first short-term rental and it could not have gone better. Easy entry, amazing lush views of mountains and waterfalls right from the living room and the deck. The inside amenities were top rate. I loved the master rain shower. The kitchen faucet was a bit tricky with the sensor and the master toilet was a bit intimidating at first (too high tech). Loved all the Organic non-toxic hand and dish soaps. Neighborhood is great for morning and evening walks. Highly recommend it as it is well worth the price!

This house is amazing. Has all the amenities needed for cooking in and hitting the beach. The beds are incredibly comfortable, making this stay a total win! You can walk to Privceville market within a few minutes to grab groceries, gifts and food. You can also walk to Anini beach easily.
Modern style house in Princeville. Very private and quiet with a great kitchen (all pots/pans etc you will need) and beach gear. Great views of mountains from the back porch. Convenient to several nice beaches and trails on the north shore-not so much for the south and western parts of the island. . If we were to stay on the north shore we'd come back here again.

This was our fourth trip to Kauai, first in February, so we weren't sure what to expect staying in Princeville.The house was very nice, clean, and comfortable and there were several small details that showed an effort was made to accommodate the needs of guests/travelers.On a few days when it was cloudy or rainy in the morning, we headed south where it was sunnier. There was still lots to see and do on the north side of the island - Kilauea Lighthouse, Limahuli Garden, browsing in Hanalei, and checking out the beaches, though at this time of the year they were not as calm for swimming or snorkeling as Poipu or Lawai.There was a high standard of cleanliness and orderliness at this beautiful home, so we tried very hard to take care of it as if our own.The main three suggestions I would make would be to have blinds in the bedrooms to help block out the bright sun in the morning - we were up late the first night and wanted to sleep in a bit - to emphasize using the Hospitality app while there for things like when to put out the trash on the curb, and making the TV more user friendly. Our streaming app wasn't on the smart TV so we were limited in how to use it.Overall, even in winter, this is a delightful place to stay in and great to come back to after a fun day on the island.
We stayed 4 nights. Everything was here that we could possibly need. The house was immaculate and tastefully decorated. I would highly recommend this home. It is in a beautiful neighborhood and close to grocery stores and shops.
If we come back to Princeville I would hope to be able to stay here again.
My husband and I absolutely loved staying here! We would highly recommend it to anyone - the home is so clean, comfortable and beautiful, the views of the mountains and waterfalls from the lanai were breathtaking and it's in a great neighborhood. It's also walking distance from a delicious breakfast place called "The Spot" and also walking distance to Foodland so it was really convenient walking to breakfast in the morning or to the store if we needed something. We would love to stay here again! 5+ stars for sure!
I love this house. Beautiful view. Nice amenities. Very clean. The only minor problem we had was the wifi. I reached out a couple of times to the management company. It took a couple of days for them to get back to me. Other than that, I love this house. I will definitely come back.
