Some mix up on my arrival about email that was sent to enter property and car parking. Was cleared up quickly and they reduced my parking fee. Need to update futon was old and uncomfortable, as well as broom needs to be updated so floor can be swept. Overall stay was great.
The view and layout of the suite is very good. We communicated with the host regarding the AC and someone did come to attempt to fix issue. The AC was not functioning and the issue was not resolved. We received a reply 2 days prior to the end of our stay stating the issue would be passed on to the property manager. The host or property manager should be inspecting the suite periodically to ensure there are no issues. Disappointing for the next guests. Unacceptable handling of guest requests.
Wonderful location, great view of the ocean from the balcony (just have to look to the right), well laid out suite, and great communication. King sized bed was super comfy. The fouton seems like it might not be as comfy (if we’d had a larger group), but this worked perfectly for the 2 of us - and the fouton would work for a kid. Great stay!
The room was great.
Perfect for viewing Friday night fireworks at the Hilton and indeed the Hilton luau that’s on 5 nights a week.
The ilikai is the perfect place to be based for a holiday with everything you need being in walking distance.
We had a great trip, the apartment space was very nice, it had everything we needed and it was in a great location to enjoy the Waikiki beach area. We would definitely stay here again.

We visited for my daughters 18th birthday and we had the best time. The condo was just as listed and perfect me for and my family. We were in the heart of where everything is. Right off the beach. Our views were amazing. Nicole was great and communicated all the way up to our stay. She gave clear and precise instructions. I would recommend and definitely rent again. Thank you for making our stay perfect.

Upon arriving into our condo, it was spectacular especially the view from the 18th floor. It was also very clean and met all our needs. Sitting out on the lanai was just gorgeous view. Our owner also gave us local tips on various activities to do and helped make our trip wonderful! Thank you, Nicole!
