The suite was exactly what we were expecting. It was in a great location and had a nice private patio with some trees for privacy and shade. I didn’t use the kitchen much, but it seemed to have everything although it was smaller than expected.
We love the Maui Kaanapali Villas and decided to rent through this property management company instead of the hotel for this stay. The room was in a great location and the lanai was very private as there were plants directly in front. The room was great, however I gave the cleanliness a three star because the dishes were not clean upon arrival and the bathroom had some weird looking stuff on the wall. The wall probably just needs touch up paint. We had to purchase some of our own cleaning supplies as well. Overall, this was a great place to stay and we would return to this unit.

We LOVE MKV and always make this our go to complex, but this time, we found this particular condo very lacking. The condo itself was in a fairly quiet location but it is ver quaint. This was the first time we stayed in a condo that seemed to be lacking basic things. Few cookware options, no beach chairs or other similar items, never stayed in a condo that didn't provide those as a courtesy. We ended up leaving some pool noodles and a beach umbrella for the next guests. This condo would also benefit from a deep cleaning. The room was "clean" but could definitely see grime in the corners that had been missed

This room has a nice location on the Villas property. Comfortable room, but the kitchen has literally no counter space. There are a couple of maintainer issues that need to be addressed.
My husband and I along with our kids and grandkids stayed there for our family vacation. We loved the family atmosphere, beaches, restaurant and the people who work there, everyone was so friendly. We definitely want to plan another trip there.

Fantastic island location! Great resort staff and property. However, this rental unit was not clean upon arrival and had an issue with the kitchen sink faucet. The C'N R staff quickly repaired the sink issue. However, we spend time and money to clean the unit before we felt comfortable to begin our vacation. During our rental we observed physical evidence of insects and rodents. I would not recommend this rental until the insect and rodent issues are resolved.
The Maui Kannapoli Villas are wonderful. The room is adequate to enjoy Kannapoli Beach. Some dishes were still in dishwasher at check in and the safe in the closet was not working. Room was decorated nicely and convenient to office and two pools.

3 star stay. It will get the job done but is not a luxurious experience. The location is great with beach access and walkability to Black Rock and Whaler’s Village (20 min walk).Upon check-in trash was being taken out apparently but left to sit for at least an hour in walkways as we were bringing in luggage.We are used to staying at resorts, and moving forward will continue to do so based on amenities and customer service focus.A bit overpriced in my opinion for the overall price of quality.
Loved our stay. Clean and very close to the beach. Loved.
The ac was blasting directly over the bed, it was difficult to regulate the fan (auto did not shut off when temp was reached) so room got cold and we both got sick because of this. And there is no fan in bathroom
