Close to golfing and Island Gourmet for shopping and food. Really handy location
I love how everything is within walking distance.
Only have 1 parking, but it’s very close to the shopping center (walking distance). There’s a beach close by and there’s a large free parking access too. We went to beach every morning to swim with turtles 🐢💜
There’s a cute rental black cat comes by to spend time outside🐈⬛ She was so cuddly and sweet, if no one owns her we’d like to bring her home🥹
Lava Lava Beach Club was our favorite place to eat while we stay there! Beautiful view and all waiters are very friendly and welcoming.
We met our daughter’s family at this house for a week together. The location of the house was great. We were close to the children’s pool and had a nice quiet back patio area that looked out over the golf course. BBQ worked well. The only start supplies in the kitchen was salt and pepper and two coffee pouches of 6 cups of coffee. My daughter arrived first and found hair in tubs and sinks as well as Dirty dishes. Cleaning is not the ideal start to a vacation. We received multiple notices on parking violations stating we needed to park one car in the garage. We did not have use of the garage. We had a few beach chairs, with garbage and gunk in the pockets, small coolers, beach umbrellas, and some sand toys in a closet. When booking this house I was looking at one that had the Hilton pass included. Somehow I missed the confirmation of the different number and we ended up without the pass. Washer and dryer worked well as did the AC. We hope to be back, but I will avoid this unit.
We took our 5 adult children, 1 teen and our 10 year old. We absolutely loved the property. The outdoor grill made cooking dinner easy. Everything was in walking distance. It’s a fabulous property that we’d love to return to! Highly recommend!
The weather was really great except for one morning the wind kicked up and blew like 35 40 mph only for a few hours than it cleared up and the temp back to 80+. The condo was handy and nice close to the hot tub and pool. We went out to eat several time and other times we went to the Island Market and bought our dinners brought it back and ate at home. Close to the golf course.
I loved the convenience of groceries and shops; they are right across the street. The beach access is about a 15min walk from our location.
I really lived the home and it’s amenities, the only thing I had a problem with, is the the house is not as clean as it should be. There were spiderwebs throughout the house, mildew in the shower and all the showers would clog up.
Our family had an amazing stay at Waikoloa Villas. The unit was right across from the pool, which was a plus for our toddler and my dad who has a hard time getting around. The unit had a beautiful view of the golf course and sunsets and an area for our daughter to run around outside. There was 8 of us total and it was perfectly roomy for all of us! Thank you so much!
Overall, a great very well stocked kitchen. Was also nice to have a couple of fans. Loved the fridge-freezer with the ice ball maker
Staff was there right away to fix any issues.

The property is a beautiful amazing place. My whole family had a great stay and time. Enjoyed the whole condo just so comfotable for the size of family we had. We all enjoyed the convenient shopping, and walking distant to the beaches and hotels. Had a barbecue time in the back it was awesome time with family. It is an amazing place. The only issue we had was the hot water, but otherwise it is a great place. I would like to thank you to the whole staff who was friendly and very helpful. You all made our vacation with a happy memory. Thank You.
We absolutely loved our stay here. The place is so comfortable with beautiful Hawaiian decor. The pool & gardens are stunning and the view from our courtyard was amazing. It was very easy to relax and be in holiday mode. The staff are wonderful too! Check in & check out was very easy. Shops just across the road and the beach is a short walk away. Perfect location & we will definitely holiday here again.
The location was absolutely the best for us. It was perfect for our time in Waikoloa. But having to take a shower in the second and third bathrooms with plastic shower curtains inside of the glass doors made for a very uncomfortable small spaced shower.
