My husband and I just spent 10 days at Cindi’s place and were very happy with it. It looks just like the photos, but actually seemed larger than I expected.
It’s an easy 10 minute drive to most of what you’d need or want. Its important to know that it’s not very walkable. Nothing close and not very interesting.
I’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this is the most well equipped ever - in the kitchen and for the beach.
Having the sweet lanai space makes it feel very spacious.
If you’re happy not doing any real cooking - only a microwave and toaster and no counter space - and are ok with having to drive to the beach, this is a lovely place for a holiday on the Big Island

Exceptionally comfortable Studio Apt with own entrance, kitchenette, interior bathroom, patio and parking; all located in a quiet, safe & upscale residential neighborhood. Host response time is excellent.

This spot was nestled in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, but still close to other adventures we had planned. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the big island! Cindi was very friendly and provided lots of recommendations of places to eat and beaches to check out!
