Cindi was such a lovely host! I was fortunate enough to meet her upon check-in and she assured me I could reach out to her if I had any questions/concerns. Her place is in a very quiet neighborhood, a short drive (or 50-min walk) from the Queens Marketplace. There are ancient lava trails nearby to explore and several nice beaches all within a 10-15 minute drive. The studio itself was very clean and nicely decorated. I loved the outdoor space with two lounge chairs and a small table — perfect for someone who had to work remotely during part of my stay. Would love to return again someday!
Excellent location on a quiet street the owner Cindi was very nice and made sure my stay was perfect. Great private outdoor shower and lanai. The air conditioning was perfectly comfortable. Excellent overall!
Very clean and beautiful spot north of the airport! The check in process was easy and simple, and Cindi was incredibly helpful. The space was beautiful and well stocked with anything we could need. She communicated fantastically and met any needs we have over and beyond! Would definitely recommend this place!

We had such a lovely stay! Located in a very nice and quiet resort area. Close to many beautiful beaches, restaurants, shopping, etc... The beach equipment available to use was so helpful!
Charming studio on private property with many amenities. Cindi was extremely responsive and friendly prior to and during our stay. Great location for enjoying the resort side of the island and Waikoloa shopping center.

The studio is wonderful for couples or a single person that want a base location to travel around the island and explore. My wife and I were able to do everything we had set out to do with time to spare. Cindi was an excellent host. She made it seem as we owned it and was not snoopy. She was also very helpful in giving us great suggestions on places to explore as well as eateries. Pay attention to those eating suggestions. They are awesome. The weather on the Kona side of the island is wonderful. It was drastic but very comfortable. We would definitely return if we choose to.

PERFECTION!!! The studio was gorgeous and so comfortable! It had everything we needed and more! We loved sitting on the lounge chairs outside and seeing the ocean Ian’s dancing palm trees. The couch and the rocker were also comfortable places to read, complete with ottomans. The bed was cozy and we appreciated the AC plus the fan, which kept everything cool inside. The bathroom was supreme- modern and spacious! We enjoyed the outdoor shower and view from the indoor shower. So lovely! The mini kitchen was perfect for our needs- had a nice sized mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. We also loved having a washer and dryer at our disposal- very convenient! The location was perfect as well- just minutes from our favorite beaches and near many great restaurants! Cindi was very gracious and welcoming. We would love to visit yearly- our home away from home! Mahalo for a wonderful trip!
We had a four night stay and enjoy every moment of it! We could only wish that we have stayed longer. The property is perfect, great amenities, great location, and pretty much everything you need for a nice relaxing stay. The bed and other furnishings were amazingly comfortable And everything was fantastically clean. I cannot wait to stay again!

Cindi’s property is as lovely as it looks in photos. It suited my needs perfectly—it’s close to beautiful beaches and other attractions but at a more comfortable price point than most hotels. If you want immediate access to a beach or pool, that’s something to consider, but if you have a rental car, you can explore a number of gorgeous destinations. It’s really helpful that Cindi provides everything you could want for a beach trip: chairs, an umbrella, towels, and even snorkeling equipment and cooler bags! Outdoor amenities including the patio with lounge chairs and the outdoor shower are great as well. Lastly, Cindi was a thoughtful and communicative hostess. I am appreciative that she opened her lovely home to visitors!
A perfect little hideaway from the madding crowd. The ohana was furnished comfortably. It is ideal for those who love to eat out as the kitchen was limited. We enjoyed the outdoor shower and the comfortable bed. The stars were really bright as there isn’t much ambient light. We had perfect viewing of the Red Moon event.
We wanted a place to stay for a couple nights before checking into King's Land and the studio was right next door. We really like the Waikoloa Beach area on the island. We were very pleased with the studio.
Cindy was amazing to work with and was extremely friendly. The location is a short drive to multiple beaches and we were provided all the necessities for a perfect vacation. I would not hesitate to come here again in the future.
The suite size and its configuration is ideal only for a short stay or just sleep over. Limited view and limited privacy to lounge out. Although it is a nice and safe communitiy, the suite is visible to outside access and passer by. We were startled and surprised a gardener was blowing debris just outside our suite patio, in plain view when we were still in bed, and it was just past 8 in the morning. Bad luck for us!The drapes in the suite is not meant to block out light, thus the morning sun is always the wake up call. Understandable this is a studio but the design is awkward and uncomfortable to enjoy. Watching TV is restricted and only in bed and otherwise, no other way to sit back and view. Very limited table or closet spaces, a challenge to store bigger bags or luggage or anything else. We acknowledge the restrictions but it is much nicer if there is an addition of a small table and chairs inside the suite
We really enjoyed staying at this property. It had everything we needed and was in a great location. It was a short drive to shopping and restaurants as well as easy access to the highway. It was a great home base to explore the island. We would love to stay here again!

We loved our stay in the studio. It is very well stocked and maintained. The location is perfect for Big Island adventures. Highly recommend this property! Make sure you sit outside and gaze at the stars, truly spectacular.
Cindy’s property is just paradise! The in-law unit had everything we needed, from beach chairs and a beautiful indoor/outdoor shower for after the beach to a sunny lanai and a comfy bed to lounge on. The unit was private and separate from the main house and the location was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!
