This quiet neighborhood is surrounded by the Kona Country Club Ocean course and the Kona coast. This charming plantation style home is perfect for your Big Island getaway. The location is simply the best. Located close to everything that Kona has to offer – downtown area, water activities, tennis, pickleball, golf, hiking, local farmer's market, restaurants, shops, historical sites, coffee plantations and Keauhou Bay.

    This cozy 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath vacation home sleeps up to 6 people comfortably. It features open living areas, making it an ideal home with a 16- foot glass door to a large lanai that is perfect for entertaining and relaxing after a day of activities. The master bedroom and bathroom en-suite features a Sleep Number King bed, a walk-in shower, a free-standing soaking tub and walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms have a King bed and two sleep number twins (can be converted into king upon request/fee) beds. The home has central air conditioning in addition to ceiling fans throughout. The outdoor space offers a covered lanai with a table for your eating or game playing pleasure. Also for your outdoor relaxing is a sofa and 4 chairs creating a conversation area.

    Just steps away you will find the Holua Kai neighborhood gathering place. This includes a pool, a pavilion, changing rooms, outdoor shower, lounge chairs and seating area as well as the BBQ's and a hot tub. Enjoy the sunset from the lookout where you can appreciate and take photos of the beautiful ocean and Kona sunset.

    For activities, a public golf course, Kona Country Club is nearby. Keauhou bay/harbor is nearby for all water activities, such as Manta Ray boat tours, paddle boarding and kayaking. Also, nearby is the Keauhou shopping center that offers shopping, farmer's market, dining and a movie theatre. A short drive will take you to Kahaluu Beach Park, White Sands beach, Kealakekua Bay and many Kona coffee farms.

    The home was spacious for our large family. The location to the pool was great. The beach toys the home supplied were wonderful and helpful. My only thing I missed was a blender for my morning smoothie.

    Beautiful home, clean, spacious. Community pool is 20 steps from the front door - so convenient. Quiet, safe neighborhood away from the busy downtown Kona. Kitchen is fully loaded with any utensil or appliance you may need. We loved staying here!

    This house had everything that you can need to make your stay an excellent one. I will be trying to stay here again on my next trip to the Big Island.
