A beautiful place to spend a Kauai vacation! The views were amazing, and we enjoyed many sunsets and sunrises from the condo and the expansive lawn. The location was quite peaceful and very convenient for experiencing northern Kauai. The condo kitchen was well-equipped, the furniture throughout was comfortable, and there was a nice supply of beach accessories. Only minor issues were a very minimal supply of soaps (bath, dishwasher and laundry) and a couple of mornings/evenings with loud footsteps above us. Would highly recommend!
We had a great vacation and enjoyed our stay very much. The property is at the end of the building so there are people walking by to view the ocean. The place was comfortable but needs some updating. The vacuum didn’t work, found it was plugged, cleaned it and then it was fine. The views are awesome!!
Loved staying in Princeville right on the cliff. Ocean sounds and view with coffee and birds on the bluff every morning and evening, and it’s close to wherever you want to visit. The kitchen is well stocked and convenient. The only negative was the noise from upstairs neighbors. Their children had noisy toys, and we could also hear the adults walking. But we otherwise loved being on the ground floor, with chairs right outside on the grass. So many birds and whales!

This condo is in the perfect location! Close to many restaurants and we had a lovely walk on the walking path along the golf course. I appreciated all the amenities this condo had. I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay again!
We spent a beautiful week here, watching the sunrise and sunset from our patio. The kids loved swimming in the pool in the evening. Close to food in Princeville and the cute Hanalei town and bay. The Turtle Cove hike from the property was so much fun (did it 3 times). The ocean breeze with the balcony slider and windows open was amazing! Enjoyed the use of the beach equipment, the kitchen is well stocked, and the beds are super comfortable! Loved hearing the wind, rain and waves as we slept. Would definitely stay here again!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Princeville. The only hitch was getting in the door! We kept trying the code on the lock box when it was REALLY an electronic code for the door lock! Once we figured that out it was a breeze. The views are amazing and we were very comfortable there. It was accessible to many places we wanted to explore! Thank you.
The house is fully equipped with everything you need. View is amazing. We sat on the patio and saw whales jumping/surfacing every single day. Home was comfortable and a nice place to relax after full days of seeing the rest of the island.
We had such a wonderful visit in the comfort of this condo. It was clean, cozy and well appointed from kitchen and bedding to beach equipment - so appreciated! The location and view are unparalleled - we had an amazing time watching the beautiful humpback whales right from the lanai. We hope to return some day. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
The Good: The view was exceptional. Spotted whales right from our patio! Grocery store a mile away.
The bad: This unit has not been updated since it was built in the 1970s. It is tired and worn. Recliners were broken. Bed sagged. No ice maker. No hot tub. We expected more for the price.

No need for a/c at this one. You get great cool ocean breezes that are just fine. We went in January and could see the whales from the property. Great communication from the owner. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

We feel very lucky to have found this magnificent home. Stepping outside onto the cliffside view and seeing the whales breach and do their courtship dance. Listening to the surf under the starlight. Wow. Brandi is a wonderful host, and her home has very nice kitchen accessories with very good cookware, sharp cutlery, and nice dinnerware. There are a lot of things I could write about this magical island and perfect accommodations, but I can't match the experience of actually being here. If you are looking for a place here in Kauai, this is the place to stay. Book now. I guarantee you'll love it. Mahalo.

4 of us we’re visiting Kauai’s north shore for the first time and this was a great location to experience Princeville, and with gorgeous ocean views from every room. The beach chairs and towels were great for our daily 10 min drive to Hanalei Bay or Annini Beach. I would stay here again!
Literally on the cliff side with the best snorkeling on the island 4min hike down the hill. 730 am for sea turtles. Real quiet and everything closes early, good for us, but something to keep in mind. Only downside is their is not much of a local vibe, but that is common for much of the island, barring a few small towns.
We had a great time at Brandi’s condo! It was well-stocked, clean, comfortable, and had great views. We enjoyed using the beach equipment provided and noted some beach toys and games in a hall closet. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with the basics and some starter toiletries (there was even a hair dryer and straightener in the primary bath). Brandi was quick to communicate and had some great suggestions for us. The view is outstanding, and we enjoyed sitting outside taking it all in (one note for the non-sun worshippers, the back patio gets direct morning sun with no shade, but you can easily enjoy the view and breeze inside on the comfy recliners). We had a great stay and highly recommend Brandi’s condo!
The sunsets every night were amazing. We had a great time. Only complaint is that we didn't stay longer. Condo had great beach chairs and body boards for the beach. Brandi had great recommendations for us as well.

My friend and I had a very relaxing get away at this condo. The view is unobstructed and falling asleep with ocean waves and breeze was rejuvenating. The condo had everything we need from a fully stocked kitchen to boogie board and snorkeling gears.
This was my first time staying at Princeville and I love it way better than other locations I’ve stayed in the past. It’s so close to the pristine north shore beaches, trails, restaurants and grocery stores. Yet it’s quite and away from the crowds. The drive to Kapaa, Poipu and the west side is beautiful! (Use the Kappa bypass to avoid traffic if you don’t need to make a stop in Kappa)
I highly recommend this condo and I’d stay here again.
Wonderful views many whales and dolphins. Well equipped kitchen. Lani furniture was great and comfortable. We all would stay here again without question.
