Location is just perfect. Right on the ocean. Wonderful view. You can see Sunset and sunrise from the balcony.Close to waimea canion. The apartment is a bit old and would need some fixing and deep cleaning ( for instance curtains and armchairs/sofa) In the photos looked more fancy. And for the price I paid I expected something different.) When I arrived there was a very strong smell in the bedroom, but I think it was coming from outside, from the air-conditioning. When I stopped the air-conditioning and opened the windows it was ok.

As the title says, the best thing about this VRBO is how close it is to Waimea hiking and sunsets on the beach. It is convenient, clean and the manager is easy-going and communicates promptly. The unit is a good value, but lacks good lighting and AC is barely adequate only if you close the curtains to insulate. Electricity needs upgrading, but good enough. We enjoyed our stay, but this place isn’t for the high-brow or picky. ;—)
