The space The condo features brand new furniture and a modern open floor concept in the kitchen and living room. Enjoy stunning ocean views from the lanai while you relax and unwind. The condo has been designed with your comfort in mind and comes equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The master bedroom has a comfortable King size bed, high-end beddings and a large closet for your convenience. The renovated bathroom comes with a shower/bathtub, granite counter sink, and a washer/dryer. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed for extra guests and a dining table. Take advantage of all the resort amenities including the swimming pool, hot tub, ping pong, and outdoor grills. We also provide beach towels, beach chairs for your use during your stay. In the surrounding area, you'll find a great selection of shops and dining options. The Kamaole Beaches are just steps away, where you can enjoy snorkeling, sailing, and other activities. We take your health and safety seriously, so we are using products approved by the CDC to eradicate any lingering germs, bacteria, and viruses. We are taking extra precautions by ensuring all commonly touched surfaces are wiped down completely. The linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturers guidelines. Each time you book this unit, we give $10 (that's 40 meals!) to the Maui Food Bank charity to feed the hungry living in our island community. By visiting us in Maui, you can make a difference. Guest access You will be the only one in the entire condo. It's yours to enjoy :) Other things to note Mandatory Resort Fee - the resort requires that all guests register at the front desk office upon arrival. At that time you will receive a resort map, the combination for the pool and the side gates plus a parking slip for your reserved parking space. The Kamaole Sands office will charge you a one-time (for your entire stay) resort fee of $40 (plus tax 4.167%) + Registration Fee of $30. Please note that none of this amount goes to us, but to the resort....

The property is in a great location. However the unit is a bit old and we kept feeling like there was a smell from the bathrooms or kitchen. Overall, it’s a good comfortable stays

Comfortable, well appointed and very relaxing!
Check-in was a breeze with the front desk being helpful and friendly. The property is conveniently located close to stores and eateries.
I will definetly stay here again!
