The location is stellar. It is the best beach I have ever been to and I couldn't believe that it wasn't crowded. We spent a week over August and at not point was it even close to crowded. The home was fantastic. This was not a rental only property which means that quality of the furnishing, kitchenware, etc. were all of a higher quality vs. the homes that are purely rental. Great communication with the owner as well.

This property was excellent and photos represented it well. The kitchen appliances were top of the line and pantry was fairly well stocked. The owner was quick to respond and had no issues. We were able to spend the time enjoying the island and our family. Would definitely stay there again. Bonus they have access to airport Lounge, while we couldn’t partake because our flight was early, but it is nice to know it is available.
This is our 3rd time staying at the Beach Villas. This particular unit is our favorite, it has everything we need and the location is quiet and peaceful as it faces the Marriott. Communication was always quick and helpful. We will be returning, mahalo for sharing your villa.
The property is paradise. The villa was perfect for our family. We were greeted by the villa ambassador upon arrival. She walked us around the Beach Villa property, explained the details to our villa, while finishing the tour to our dedicated parking spot. She took the guess work out of the property. When walking into the villa, the Hawaiian breeze flowed through the large hideaway doors from the living area to the lanai. The views from the lanai are breath taking. The villa had everything from salt to beach chairs. The beds were comfortable and the sleeping arrangement worked well with my family of 6. The villa was clean and well maintained. The owners of the villa were friendly and easy to contact. Grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations were just a few miles from this beautiful property. We also felt very safe at the Beach Villa. The key card system only allows you access to your floor within your tower. There is only one draw back to this property...rush hour traffic. Just be patient if you find yourself in traffic. It is worth the wait.I could go on and on...We would definitely stay here again.
This villa was amazing! From the large lanai to the amazingly wonderful pools and koi ponds, we were blown away by this location! The villa was exceptional in all the ways that mattered. Staff were terrific and checkin/checkout was simple. We cannot say enough great things about our stay. Thank you to the owners for letting us vacation in your wonderful villa!

We had such a wonderful time staying here. We’ve stayed in other units and really enjoyed the flexibility for the second bedroom bed setup (our kids love the two double beds rather than sharing) and the proximity/view of the ocean. The kitchen was well appointed and everything sparkly clean and high end. A huge thank you to the hosts and the team at beach villas. We’ll definitely be back!
Second time staying at the Ko Olina Beach Villas. The place was perfect for the family. It was conveniently located away from the city but close enough to drive to the city’s amenities. The pools and the close proximity of the lagoons were perfect for the kiddos.
It was truly a relaxing stay. The property was well equipped with cooking tools and the sofa bed are very comfortable.
Enjoyed our stay. Traveled with multiple families. Could not enter their floors without their condo keycard. Big pain. A restaurant on site would have been a big plus. Kitchen and lanai were really nice.
Best vacation I ever had. I love this place and I will be back.

The condo we rented in the Beach Villas was perfect. Very spacious and well appointed. Extremely clean too! The property was lovely and we really enjoyed the lap pool. We used the snack bar several times and it was fine although they talked us into the 30.00 drink cups which turned out to be a rip off. Oh well.
Had a little problem at check in, room wasn’t ready. Difficult only as it was a long day of flying. Staff took responsibility, jumped on it and had the room completely cleaned in 2 hours. Rest of the stay was flawless. Would recommend upgrade the toilet paper, small issue, but renting a “high end” unit. Also the parking spot is quite a bit away from the unit, a bit of a pain. All in all, though, would rent that unit again.

My family had an amazing vacation and loved staying in this condo. The owners were always responsive to my requests before arriving. Once our stay started, we didn’t need help, but our contact person was always seen walking around the property.
Location is perfect. The lagoon is beautiful and much more quiet than the others. It is an easy walk to Monkeypod and ABC store. My teens loved this condo and hope to return!
Very happy with condo and location of condo. Very peaceful. Loved sitting out on Lanai. Easy walk to stores and restaurants. Liked it so much we booked a 3 bedroom for next year and bringing grandchildren and our daughter and son in law. I would highly recommend this condo for a fun vacation! The only thing I feel that the condo needs is at least one full size mirror and another Tommy Bahama Beach chair. The smaller beach chair is a little to hard to sit in and get up. Other than that amenities were perfect!
The Ko Olina Beach Villas never disappoint!
Location is amazing and the beach is steps away...you can also walk easily to the small shopping center and all the other resorts. The building has great amenities as well and being all owner owned condo's you don't get the hustle with a typical resort. This unit was clean, exactly as advertised, and the host was very helpful and easy to communicate with.
Beautiful condo. Loved the morning sunrise from the lanai. Well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the entertainment at the beach bar every night. We will come back!
Excellent relaxing vacation. Away from the Honolulu and Waikiki crowds. Very clean pool area and not crowded (like neighboring properties). We look forward to a return visit.
