The condo and property are great! Beautiful view of golf course and palm trees and flowers. Very comfortable place to stay. I would 100% stay again. The only tip for improvement would be to provide gate code with check in instructions.

The condo is in a great location but needs a lot of renovations. Unable to adjust the air conditioning and the fans barely work. Can get warm during the day. The microwave/heater is extremely old and we did use especially during this time when more comfortable eating at condo than crowded bar.

We enjoyed our stay at this little condo! It is quiet and perfectly situated in Waikoloa Village. There were 4 beach towels provided and I noticed a crib in the closet, as well as some basics to cook and do a load of laundry while you’re there. The management team texted me to ensure I had what I needed to get started in my stay. Some recommendations, albeit minor: the trash bags provided are super thin and don’t work. Consider upgrading to a classic Costco kitchen bag. That was really the only inconvenience, as we had to get creative on how to carry our trash out. Otherwise, we’ll absolutely be back!
