Lovely, well-equipped condo located just two minutes from the Holua racquet and pickleball club! Most comfortable beds I've ever slept in--barring my own. LOVED the black out window coverings in the bedrooms as well. Very nice--this host has thought of everything to make your stay fun, enjoyable and comfortable.
An excellent well maintained, well stocked and quiet condo in a convenient location for exploring, beach time and going to good places for snorkeling. The Fair Wind and Hula Kai snorkel cruises are the best and very close to the condo. The wi-fi works perfectly and we watched a little TV on Netflix. And- it’s quiet! Not a lot of kids running around making noise. My wife and I and some old friends had a delightful time.
Our family of 4 stayed at this condo for just under 3 weeks and it was absolute bliss. The condo has a great lanai where we spent so much time drinking coffee in the mornings, playing boardgames, reading, having meals and good family time in the perfect weather. The condo was well stocked and had plenty of outdoor gear for us all to go snorkeling. We met up with John who delivered the paddle boards as well. He is GREAT! A great host and responded quick to messages leading up to and throughout our stay. Thanks so much for everything John! We had such a great vacation and loved staying at your condo. For those considering to book this, I would highly recommend it. It was the perfect spot to sit back, relax and enjoy the beauty all around.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at John’s place. Checkin was seamless and the grounds were beautiful. It was a perfect location for us to get anywhere we needed to and just far enough out of the bustle of downtown that you felt like you were in your own little oasis. We cooked and prepped meals almost all week to save money and the kitchen amenities provided were perfect for that. We were also pleasantly surprised at the number of additional items that were there (coolers, life jackets, snorkel gear, etc). Last and most importantly, John was exceptionally accommodating and responsive when we needed him and made our first visit to the island one we will never forget. We will definitely be back to visit and stay!

The extra gear, especially the paddle boards were a big plus. It’s a lovely spot to explore the South side of the island! Would definitely stay again.
We enjoyed our stay at John’s apartment so much! It’s extremely clean, nicely renovated, in a great location that’s a short walk to Keauhou bay, and has everything we’d need.
Beautiful updated condo in quiet location, yet very close to downtown Kona. Condo was fully equipped with everything one could possibly need including high quality water equipment, beach chairs and coolers. John, the property manager, was great to work with and very helpful. Highly recommend this property!!

Our host Jon Young went above and beyond with his accommodations.Absolutely nothing was spared to make his home a home away from home for his guests!Everything is practically new from bedsheets to towels to kitchen gadgets etc!Kingsize bed in both rooms are supercomfortable.Extra pillows and blankets are provided and stored in the spacious closet with lots of hangers and shelves to store your personal things.Egyptian bath towels are supplied in the modern styled bathrooms.Toiletries are of good brand.Strong water pressure with hot and cold water options.Master bathroom has rainfall shower head.The whole house is free of carpet Which means no hidden food crumbs or sand left by previous guests.Blinds and curtains for privacy. Generous sofa size in the living room with huge tv and a love Sac for guests enjoyment.Even provided books(my favorite author John Grisham!) to bring with you to read at the beach.Floor stand fans and ac units all around to give extra comfort but really unnecessary when you can open all sliding doors and enjoy listening to the ocean waves and birds chirping (and frogs at night haha) and fresh air. Kitchen is generously supplied with everything you may need if you prefer to cook your own meal. Fridge has snacks and drinks included in the rental.My favorite part of the kitchen is the filtered water faucet! Iwas so happy when I realized it as we do not drink tap water from unfamiliar places we visit. Not enough space to share more but HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND
