The condo was clean, in a great location, private and just right for a family vacation! Staff was very helpful and friendly!
We had a great time at the pool and playing tennis.The Condo had a great kitchen and all the necessary amenities you would need. The location was perfect for walking to the beach and we enjoyed the music and fireworks.
Great stay at Turtle Bay Estates. Clean and well equipped condo. Perfect location. Timely communication. We will be back.

Our group of four (two couples) stayed at this property for four nights and had a great time. The kitchen was nicely updated and the living area and bedrooms were spacious enough. The property was a 12 minute walk from the main Turtle Bay resort, beach, restaurants, etc. which was very convenient. The property had also recently been sprayed for bugs when we arrived and we did notice numerous bugs while visiting, but this could be fairly standard for first-floor properties of this type (this was our first experience on Oahu so cannot say for sure). Overall, the property suited our needs perfectly, even if some if the amenities could use updating. We would recommend to other prospective guests.
My family has been coming here for years. We love the location on the North Shore. In fact, I hesitate giving a good review because I don’t want anyone else to go here because I love the privacy! Great, clean condo. Beautiful beaches. Just paradise.

Everything about our rental experience here was top-notch. The rental agency hanled our booking expertly, told us everything to expect, delivered on every promise, and made everything about the rental experience smooth, easy, and predictable.The unit we rented (Alea) was exactly as advertised. Clean, modern fully stocked, and perfect for two couples. There was a problem with the sink garbage disposal, but we called the rental agency and they dispatched a serviceman quickly, and he he cheerfully and professionally fixed the problem.If you're a serious cook, you'll find lots of basic cooking implements lacking here, so bring your own if you can.The upstairs bathroom has only a shower stall (no tub) and it's really tight, so you may have a hard time in there if you're big. Also, the shower dial is kind of tricky and it's a very fine line between cold and scalding hot, so be careful about that too. But we loved this place and would definitely rent it again.

This condo has great potential, but really suffers from a case of benign neglect. As the pictures capture the unit has a new kitchen, but it is the only part of the place that doesn’t appear to have lived through 20+ years of constant use. Everything is just kinda worn out and in need of new paint.

Our family of 5 (3 kids 13,8, and 6) had a great time staying here for 5 nights. The condo has 2 bedrooms and a great loft which our two youngest enjoyed. The view of the golf course and ocean in the distance was relaxing and beautiful. We did not see any bugs or insects on our stay and the condo was very clean. As with any condo or home there are some signs of wear but nothing that prevented our stay from being great. The pool is steps away and warm for swimming. Kitchen worked well and saved us lots of money compared to eating out. We had a parking spot each night when we came back from exploring the North Shore. Loved our stay and we hope to come back again.
The location is very nice but we are disappointed with the unit because is infested of bugs and we pay 150 for clean but receive a house with rest of foods in some parts....internet dont work for 5 days....and with all of this problems they are not flexible to checkout like 2 hours more than 1PM...more than 5 times somebody parking at our place and we have to parking far from house at guest parking.
We came to Turtle Bay for a conference at the resort. Staying in the condo was great. It was in a perfect location, very clean, and we enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend 081 West!!
Nobody picked up our rubbish. No change of towels no bedding change and we stayed four nights. To wash our own towels is insane for paying what we did
great staff, clean, will use again!!
Staying in 081 West was a pleasure! Great Location, clean and well equipped. The only item missing was pitcher to make juice.

This was an exceptional property and the condos were clean, roomy and above expectations. Having laundry facilities available was great and security staff were very helpful. We had 20 travellers and the condos catered extremely well for us. Very economical and lovely place to stay. Ka nui te pai.
Downstairs bedroom AC functioned like a fan; no cool air! Bedroom had musty odor; linens smelly. Toilet did not flush properly; had to manually operate the flush by removing tank lid. No spare toilet tissue rolls in entire unit. Saturday night had to go out to purchase. Very disappointed in overall stay!!
