This unit is not what is portrayed on the website. It is small with one queen bed, no comfortable seating areas, and minimal furnishings and amenities. It is also up three flights of stairs and the pool is across the busy street. We were very uncomfortable and would not recommend it to anyone.
Unit was clean. Building was quiet. Spacious area, nice balcony to hear the birds from.
The apartment was in a great location. It was clean. Much better than a hotel room and a much better price. It was not a luxury resot, but it was perfect for me and my budget. I'll definitely stay again. -Chris
Our friend like the place clean and quiet , parking easy to park ! The only thing is need to upgrade the bed it’s not a comfortable bed also the bed is too small . That’s why I gave it 3 star.
If you are looking for a 5 star room this is not the room for you. The room had all your Basic needs met, small, clean, internet, TV, stove, refer. The unit is dated but I personally didn't come to Hawaii to stay in my room I came to be adventurous and see what the Island has to offer and be outside. The room served it's purpose, a place to sleep and make meals for the day.
Very clean, excellent customer service and fast communication, very pleasant overall experience, and a little hard to find. The pool is across the street, there's four flights of stairs even though it's on the 3rd flr, it was very clean buy there are little bugs in the kitchen so don't leave any food out. Great communication. Great big balcony in quiet area but view of ocean is limited. Otherwise very nice for the price.
The units have the necessities such as pots, pans, small rice cooker and more. The stove worked fine except one of heating element didn’t work. Bed was smaller than I am used to for my partner and I. It could have been more comfortable.
The condo was lovely and the location was amazing. Everything was clean and I love the lanai tile. I will defiantly be staying here again.

We loved that the unit was spotless, and right across the street from a cute uncrowded little beach, and had free parking. There was also a convenience store next door, though the hours closed early. Another one a 5 minute drive towards Kona stays open later. It was a fairly quick 10 minute drive to downtown Kona from the South. The A/C worked, but the climate was so pleasant, didn't seem needed at night.
The bed was comfortable, but we would have liked a wider bed.
The front desk is open VERY limited hours (10-3?). Is this covis-related? And after check out there is nowhere to store bags, if you are concerned about leaving them in your car.
Loved the location. Parking is a bit precarious but managed just fine. Hearing the ocean waves at night was heavenly to sleep by. Would stay here again. (If you don’t care for an extra firm mattress, buy an egg crate or something at Walmart once you land on the island, that’s what I did and it worked out great)
