If you're feeling hungry, local take-out favorite Da Poke Shack with its famously fresh tuna is less than a block away from the condo. Of course, One Aloha Shave Ice Co. is a must-visit for something sweet, just three miles from the condo. Kona is also famous for the coffee, so consider heading about 11 miles south to tour farms like Sacred Grounds or the Kona Coffee Living History Farm (the only living history coffee farm in the United States), where tour guides teach guests about Kona coffee in character.

The condo was just as described. It is in a great location. On the ocean side of the building we heard no traffic noise- just the rolling surf. The tide pools were fun. We had a great time

The view from the condo is amazing. We were right on the ocean and enjoyed the sound of the waves. It was obvious that some major renovation had taken place recently as the kitchen and bathrooms looked like new. The access to the lanai was made difficult by stubborn sliding glass doors and screens, so some maintenance is required. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay - condo was nice - a little dated, but clean and the view was spectacular. We did have a couple of light bulbs out and there were ants in the kitchen. We didn’t cook so it didn’t affect us but thought you would want to know for the next guests. Overall happy with the stay.

Ich war vom 27.11 bis 02.12 im Kona Bali Kai in Kailua-Kona. Die Unterkunft war die beste während meiner Hawaii Reise. Eine tolle Einrichtung, Küche mit Vollausstattung, Bad und WC in Top Zustand. Das Wohnzimmer sehr bequem wobei sich der wesentliche Teil des Aufenthaltes auf dem Balkon abgespielt hat. Der Pazifik zum Greifen nah. Sensationell. Die Mitarbeiterin im Office sehr hilfsbereit. Insgesamt eine absolut empfehlenswerte Adresse. Ich werde jeden Fall diese traumhafte Location wieder besuchen und freue mich jetzt schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt im Kona Bali Kai. Sehr empfehlenswert.
