    Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
    We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
    We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
    1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. ...

    We really enjoyed our visit to Hawaii, and the location of the condo was ideal for many of the things we wanted to do. The building is situated between Waikiki and Ala Moana, giving us walking access to both. Traffic in the area is busy, and having an assigned parking place in the garage was very helpful. The unit was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for the week. We appreciated the washer/dryer and stocked kitchen. The property was as advertised, with a city view, and the staff made check in easy, even though we arrived on a holiday.
