Condo was pretty nice, but beach was kind of rocky. Pool was great.
Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful 3b/3b condo, in Kihei! We loved the property, the pool, beach, and tennis courts! All the nearby restaurants were great, as well. The view from the patio was beautiful! We really enjoyed our time there!
My husband and I brought our 2 adult children ages 20 & 22 to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation before she goes on to grad school. It was a perfect week with weather, activities and dining. We loved the location of the condo and how close to beach it was. We enjoyed walking down in the evening and hearing the waves. Pool and hot tub nice after a long day of hiking. People were friendly and very informative on things to do and places to eat. We will be back for our 4th visit to Maui!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5 and had everything we needed. Check-in/checkout was easy. It's a good location on the island for driving to fun activities. Would stay here again!
Everything was great except a small ant problem on the countertops
This was our second time staying at Luana Kai and we love this property! We love Kihei and find the location perfect for setting out to explore different parts of the island daily. This unit was perfect for our group of 6, though previous reviews are spot on about the lanai and the A/C. The furnishings on the patio could definitely be upgraded. They are both worn and uncomfortable. The A/C unit is loud and blows hot air so that it's uncomfortable for most to sit too close to it. Unfortunately, the unit requires A/C to really cool down so just turning it off isn't necessarily an option. The property manager was excellent. All information and communication provided timely. It was exactly as advertised and you can't beat the location, the quiet and peacefulness of the property, the beach access and a decent pool! Great, especially if you're out and about exploring all the island has to offer!
Our family of 5 stayed for 12 nights. Pictures match exactly reality. Very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Location is ideal within Kihei but also within the condo complex. We can sit on our Lanai and see the pool and the ocean. Kids could go to the pool on their own and you can keep an eye on them while enjoying the view of the ocean. Communication with the on island rep was excellent. Anything we needed they were able to help us with. We will stay here again!!
Very pleasant stay. The location is very nice. Nice and clean pool, ocean view and you can walk to the beach. Kihei is near to the airport and there is everything around you need. The medial hype concerning road to Hana is copletely not understandable for me. To much time for less Entertainment
Central location, oceanfront with pool and newly renovated this was a great place for a family vacation

We enjoyed our stay with Hawaii life condo. Place was well kept up and it was nice to have ac in the evening. Nice view from our porch to enjoy are meals from. Would definitely rent a place with them again!

Check in/check out process was organized. Great location. Beach was a short walk.
Property was in the perfect location. Close to town but away from the hustle and bustle. We could walk right down to the beach and we also had the perfect view right from the living room. I would stay here again and again!

We had a very nice time. Close to eating places and shops. Beautiful view.
Great place as advertised with views, spacious lanai and bedrooms with plenty of space for the 6 of us. Location great with ability to have a view and walk out to the ocean (which is why we stayed on that side of the main road). We had an issue with the dryer which was brand new so not their fault and they were quick to try and respond and when it wouldn't work, gave us an appliance credit which was much appreciated. Loved the layout and would recommend updating the peninsula stools which are hard to sit on (and we put small pillows so not a biggee) and would also recommend (as another reviewer commented) a cleaning of the couch and/or cover. Otherwise, super place and would rent again.
