Sought after building 10 nicely remodeled unit with cherry cabinets and granite counters in the kitchen and both bathrooms. The kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances. The spacious living area is tastefully furnished with stylish contemporary island-style furnishings and large flat screen HDTV, DVD player. The ocean view master bedroom also has a large flat screen TV. The outdoor lanai (patio) has great ocean views and overlooks the landscaped courtyard area with fountain. FREE wireless high-speed internet access.

The bedrooms are all very separated, offering privacy for families or friends traveling together and offer TV's and Split A/C's. *Please note that the 3rd bedroom closes off from the living room with a wall of sliding frosted doors.

Beach access is just across the street from Kamaole Sands (there are no condos on the other side of the road, just Kamaole III Beach Park), and many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. This unit includes large beach towels, lightweight beach chairs, and cooler. Baby items such as full-size crib, Pack-n-Play, stroller, high chair, and booster chair available to rent from a local on island baby equipment rental agency.

- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

We feel so fortunate we were able to stay in this condo, it was so clean, updated and comfortable for our family on holidays and really made us relaxed and enjoy the amazing views! We are going to rebook this unit for sure!

We loved the location of this unit (near the beach), one level and on the ground floor. Having three bedrooms made it easy for 5 people (3 generations) to enjoy a wonderful vacation in Maui.

5 STARS given for Kamaole!! The pictures provided in the listing were spot on. It was clean and tiding upon arrival. It was a two minute walk to the ocean. Early morning views of the ocean were great sitting on the lanai, you could also watch the beautiful sunset. Perfect location to dining, shopping and grocery store. The condo was perfect size for my family of 7, all adults. Dan was very helpful and responsive with questions I had before our trip. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back in the future. My daughter in law forgot her glasses and realized this after we had checked out. I contacted the office and they got me in contact with the Director, she was very nice and met us back at the condo several hours later to get the glasses. EXCELLENT customer service and leadership. WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!
