Princeville is an "up with the sun and down with the sun" type of place. No party, quiet hours are about 9pm to 7am.

Corner condo that opens up to wall right out on the point. No small balcony just green grass and the deep blue see! Space is minimalistic and allergen free. Brand new master bathroom updated with modern / industrial fair. Spa shower with 16 in rain head, Concrete pan, stainless sink + Chicago faucet.
Tempurpedic bed in master provides the best sleep ever. Queen in guest room and brand new American leather memory foam queen sleeper in living room.
Original artwork rotated through but mainly Jesse Link's fine work from the pacific northwest. His whimsical and magical style with animals and landscapes (lots of whales) works perfectly against the deep blue sea backdrop.
You'll need a car but can walk to several beaches and places to play in the ocean including Hanalei Bay Resort and the St. Regis...

Me and my family had a absolutely outstanding stay. The views and artwork were beautiful! The house came with many great amenities and it was a easy and quick process to contact Billy. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to have a amazing stay in Kauai, and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. This home made it hard to leave.

This place was everything and more. Billy O and Tiger made sure we were taken care of the entire trip.
House was fully stocked and then some.
Beach chairs, coolers, extra backpack and so many other things.
Great place and even better hosts.

We loved our time in Princeville at this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with drop dead gorgeous views! It gave our party of 5 plenty of space to spread out. The condo complex is attractive & quiet, with plenty of parking and a nice pool area. The unit is beautifully decorated and offers comfortable furniture. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with everything one could need, including an extensive supply of spices, ziploc bags of every size, & trash bags. The hosts provided ample paper products - toilet paper, tissue boxes, & paper towels. We were especially impressed with all of the sports/activity gear provided - yoga mats, tennis racquets & balls, snorkel gear, boogie boards, free weights, pool noodles, pool towels, insulated picnic bag, & even reusable grocery bags. Should we be lucky enough to return to Kaua’i, we would definitely return to this condo!
