The Luana Garden Villas are the newest enclave at the Honua Kai Resort & Spa located on beautiful Kaanapali Beach on Maui's western shores. This villa offers over 2000 square feet of interior living space and is beautifully designed and furnished for island living. Each Luana private residence is in one of 3 garden enclaves featuring a private pool waterfall features hot tub and shared fire pit area. All homes offer a private entrance garage as well as private and secure owner storage. Each of the 18 buildings within Luana contains 4 separate residences - 2 Grounded (1st floor) and 2 Elevated (2nd floor.). All villas come fully furnished and equipped with everything that will truly make this feel like your home-away-from-home. Gourmet kitchens feature stainless steel appliances and everything you need to create the perfect meal for family and friends. Make memories on the spacious lanai with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with ample space to entertain and dine. Each villa sleeps 8 comfortably with a king-size bed in each bedroom and a queen convertible sofa sleeper in the living room. Each master bathroom features a double vanity and glass walk-in shower while the guest bathrooms have a vanity with a tub/shower combination. Both master bedrooms open up to a private balcony area with outdoor seating. Also included in all our reservations at no additional cost is a children's package including a portable Pac 'n Play which doubles as an infant's crib (please bring your own crib sheet) booster seat with eating tray plastic dishware and a large sand bucket with toys for the beach. Although each Luana enclave has its own private pool area all Luana guests have full access to all of the resort amenities at the Honua Kai Resort including the 4 separate pools with waterslide fitness center spa and restaurant. World-famous Kaanapali North Beach is a short walk away. For those that choose to explore the surrounding area Honua Kai and the Luana Garden Villas are located minutes from the popular tourist destinations of Lahaina Town Whaler's Village and the Kapalua Resort Area. We loved our 8 day stay here. The house is immaculate and big enough for a group of 7. We had 2 4 year olds and 5 adults and grilled out the entire time. Location is superb - close to everything. 1st floor is ideal for toddlers so you can use the yard. We will definite be back.

This property was a wonderful fit for our extended family. Between the separate sleeping areas and suites, the wonderful deck and seating inside and out, this was a perfect solution for the six of us. Being able to drive right up to the villa, access to the garage and additional parking, and having access to beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, plus a well-equipped kitchen made for a great stay. The villa is in walking distance of food trucks, groceries and is well situated within West Maui for dinning and shopping options.

Overall a nice property and location. These were some of the inconveniences we ran into: missing dishwasher detergent, only one roll of paper towels, only two garbage bags, two door handles were loose, one door handle completely fell off, the bathroom spigot was broken and shower head did not work, and no SmartTVs (i.e. Netflix, Hulu, Disney+). Most of the items were eventually by the hotel services.

This property is exactly as described, beautiful, clean and supplied with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The villa comes with beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, and everything you need to cook in. The host is very responsive if you have a request and the resort has towels for pool and beach!

We recently stayed at this property and absolutely loved every minute of it! The location is perfect…close to everything we wanted to do. Being on the lower level was great because we utilized the outdoor patio everyday, used the pool/hot tub and dined in most evenings. The atmosphere was very relaxing and quiet and the kitchen was excellent for cooking. We had plenty of space and it was really our home away from home! The management staff was super accommodating and took really good care of us while we were there! I highly recommend this location and know that if and when we return to Maui…..we will be back!! Property was amazingly clean and had very thing we needed for our family vacation. Amenities are well maintained and easily accessible. The toiletries provided were high end. Pleasantly surprised to find my favorite L’Occitane lotion. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
