Welcome to beautiful unit E105! From the minute you arrive at Papakea, you will begin to feel the aloha spirit. This unit has been recently remodeled with granite counter tops, cabinets, bamboo floors and new appliances. This condo is a ground level unit at the highly desirable Papakea resort in West Maui. Unit is steps away from ocean, pool, cabana, and has a putting green right off of the lanai. Enjoy your morning coffee while sitting on the lanai with a partial ocean view. Unit comes fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals with ample counter space for your cooking needs.
Enjoy cool nights with a split air conditioning system located in living room and bedroom. The dining table inside seats four with additional seating at the breakfast bar. Unit also accommodates dining for 4 guests outside on the lanai. Upgraded linens and king size bed make for a comfortable stay at E105. Living room has flat screen TV, wifi, cable TV and a pull-out queen size bed to accommodate additional guests. Unit has a brand-new washer and dryer and plenty of closet space for your belongings. Enjoy the upgraded shower, plush towels and large vanity with plenty of space for your personal items.
The grounds are immaculately maintained with lush tropical vegetation and trees. Magical twinkling tiki lights are lit nightly and reflect on the multiple Koi ponds throughout the property. Some of the Papakea resort amenities include 2 heated swimming pools, 2 whirlpool spas, 2 tennis courts, 2 beach cabanas, pickle ball, shuffleboard, 2 twelve hole putting greens (one is right outside of the units lanai), 12 outdoor grills and a 24 hour front desk service is available. Unit comes with one parking space that is free of charge (included in the $25.00 a day resort fee).
Papakea resort also features water aerobics, yoga classes, and a putting contest during the week and a Mai Tai party once a week.
Upon arrival our guests will receive a starter supply of paper items including paper towels and toilet paper, hand sanitizer, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry soap.
We love this unit because of its location. This unit is walking distance to many amenities including restaurants, coffee houses, a fish market, farmers market, Times grocery store, Boss frogs, ABC store, and a food truck park set up in the evening. Your room key will give you access to the ABC store gate so that you can walk right over.
Papakea is minutes away from the beautiful sandy beaches of Ka'anapali where you can relax in the sun. Many amazing snorkeling spots are nearby. The unit is short drive to the famous upscale Whalers village where you can go shopping, fine dining, casual dining, and enjoy ice cream shops. Drive up to Kapalua where you can golf, enjoy the beach, hike or be shuttled up to zip line. Spend an afternoon in Upcounty where you can enjoy the Lavender farms, wine tasting and the beautiful botanical gardens.
Note: Papakea resort charges $25.00 a day for their resort fees. This is a separate charge from our rental fees and will be required to pay this upon check in at the front desk. This fee includes parking and amenities provided by the resort.

Papakea is always beautiful with well tended grounds, entertaining whales and nearby amenities. Dawn and Tom were great to work with, frequently communicated and their unit is well placed, clean and provided everything we needed. Would not hesitate to deal with them again.

We had a fantastic three weeks at Dawn and Thomas’s condo. They were excellent hosts. The condo is wonderful. Very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware, pots & pans. The bed was very comfortable and the third person in our party using the hide a bed said it was very comfy also.
The resort shoreline is not really a beach but we saw some people in the water. Some snorkelling, others paddling in the shallows at low tide. Pool was great, warm and quite large with a deep end.
The resort was exceptionally well maintained. Lots of staff cleaning the greenery, walkways and pool. Front desk staff were wonderful.
With so many restaurants, food trucks, plus the ABC store and Times Market close by you did not have to go far to get food or supplies. We had pizza from Paradiso, lunch at Java Jazz, Ribs from the food truck plus several other restaurants around the island. We never had a bad meal.
We had a car and did quite a bit of sightseeing. We revisited the Maui Ocean Centre. Took a drive to Wailea. Also drove up to Maui Wine which was fantastic. If you haven’t been, go. Beautiful views. Even if you don’t drink wine it is worth the trip. Don’t miss Costco if you have a membership, largest selection of macadamia nuts to be found I’m sure plus excellent wine collection and a huge roasted chicken for $4.99. Stock up on Aloha Ice Tea and Maui Potato Chips and you are set.

This was our first trip to Maui and we absolutely loved Dawn's place. It was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. It was very clean & check in was a breeze. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the kids loved the pool and putting green. Dawn was quick to respond to any questions i had. The condo is located in a beautiful area with lots of stores close by. We will definitely be coming back and I would HIGHLY recommend Dawn's place for anyone that wants to experience paradise.

I don’t know where to begin …. This is just a fabulous condo and resort. From the moment we contacted Dawn, the owner, we received quick responses, care and consideration. This is the most equipped condo I have ever stayed in, from tin foil to Saran wrap,to a complete array of spices and other cooking supplies. Even coffee. The condo was clean in every possible way and towels were plush. There has been careful attention given to everything that would make guests feel welcomed. Papakea is a quiet and beautiful resort with everything you would want whether it be soaking, sunning, miniature golfing and just sitting back listening to the ocean roar. Highly recommend this condo!!!!

The check-in and check-out process were easy because all the information was sent in advance. The host was responsive with any questions and sent additional information that helped my partner and I find more activities and food in the area. We loved our stay at Dawns unit at the Papakea Resort. We love the location. So close to our favorite restaurant The Fish Market. A hop skip to Whalers Village or Napili Bay. The unit itself was spotless and well appointed. We had everything we needed from beach chairs and umbrellas to boogie boards and a cooler. We loved every minute and will be back soon. Thank you so much!!
