Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bathroom sink had no hot water. When we turn the faucets off and on, the whole fixture moved! Dirty hand prints everywhere on walls and no dishwasher pods or dish soap to wash dishes. We vacuumed the place before we sat down!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at the Ilikai a few times now, and always like the location near the marina, lagoon and the ocean. This time, we went for the Penthouse which was a great condo, except that there is no real balcony to sit out on and look at the water. Every other time we stayed there, we were able to sit out and drink coffee in the morning and maybe a drink at night and look out.Add the oceans and things. Other than that, it was a very nice condo, very well equipped, very clean and a nice location.

View from the windows was prefect view of the lagoon and the ocean. This building was busy but quite quiet. Sure beat the space for a room next door at the Hilton.
