Unit was exactly as described. Place was very clean with state of the art bathrooms. View from the Penthouse suite was awesome. Great central location, close to Ala Moana mall, a short distance away with over 350 shops and restaurants. 10 mins away from Central Waikiki beach. Highly recommended.

The penthouse is nice, but there's not enough outlet to charge our phones in both bedrooms. We have to charge our phones and electronics in the kitchen and living room.Although, we appreciate the immediate response from JB every time we report an issues during our stay.

We stayed 6 days in this condo and it was absolutely perfect. Walking distance to Waikiki but far enough removed. Lagoon and ocean so close. Condo itself was beautiful. The host was la pleasure to deal with. Already planning our next getaway.

This rental was exceptionally clean with an amazing view. The property is older but there are really nice updates and the property has a great pool area and is close to beaches. The condo was sparsely supplied with no extra bedding or towels. The kitchen had the bare minimum and things were labeled in Japanese.

The condo cleanliness was less than desired. There was dust hanging from the chandelier over the dining table and also from the vents. The floors were dirty from the moment we entered. Our socks and feet were dirty. We loved the view and being able to open up the patio doors at night when it cooled down to hear the wind and ocean. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working while we were there and they installed a temporary unit, which then didn't allow for us to open the patio doors at night.
There also said there was a blender on the post and there wasn't. We found out the Cinnamon's restaurant at the Ilikai hotel had an electrical fire previously, causing electrical issues to surface resulting in and no elevators for over 12 hours. Not ideal as we were on the 26th floor. The generator brought in to get the elevators back up, reduced the number of people allowed to 7, causing delays and back up for the rest of our trip. While the Ilikai says "luxury", there wasn't anything luxury about the hotel. We would definitely not stay here in the future.

The bathroom sink had no hot water. When we turn the faucets off and on, the whole fixture moved! Dirty hand prints everywhere on walls and no dishwasher pods or dish soap to wash dishes. We vacuumed the place before we sat down!

We've stayed at the Ilikai a few times now, and always like the location near the marina, lagoon and the ocean. This time, we went for the Penthouse which was a great condo, except that there is no real balcony to sit out on and look at the water. Every other time we stayed there, we were able to sit out and drink coffee in the morning and maybe a drink at night and look out.Add the oceans and things. Other than that, it was a very nice condo, very well equipped, very clean and a nice location.
