This two-bedroom, two-bath is a corner unit that lends itself to privacy and provides views of the streaming water from the interior koi ponds. This beautifully decorated and spacious condo has an open-floor plan with a well- appointed kitchen, dining room, and living room that opens onto a 500 square foot covered lanai where you can enjoy relaxing meals and the beautiful Hawaiian sunsets over the ocean. Condo is air-conditioned and has cable and high-speed internet.

Waikoloa Beach Resort is nestled around the beautiful crescent-shaped white sand beach of Anaeho'omalu Bay, an area steeped in Hawaiian history with petroglyphs preserved on the King's trail that wanders through the area, ancient fish ponds with a walking trail to the beach, and many nearby historical spots on the coast including King Kamehameha's birthplace. In addition, many water-sports are available from this magnificent beach. The tranquil, warm water offers windsurfing, swimming, sailing, snorkeling, glass-bottom boat, dive trips, etc. The King's and Queen's Shops, within walking distance, offer world-class dining and shopping. A full-scale grocery store is available at the Queen's Shops. Swim with dolphins, whale watch (seasonal), play golf, go to a traditional luau, all within a few steps of your front door. Enjoy golf at the Beach Course- only 50 yards away from your condo (designed by Trent Jones, Jr.) and at the Kings Course (designed by Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish). My husband and I stayed here for 7 days. The property was clean and stocked with a decent amount of appliances. We loved the large lanai. In fact we told our parents and they have now booked the same property.

Property was very clean and everything was readily available. There is enough room for about 6 people comfortably. Quiet area but a close walk to shopping centers and other hotels. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in 202. It was so quiet and peaceful. It was fairly private and we loved that each bedroom had a king bed. The kitchen was well stocked. We did go buy better coffee mugs to donate to the cause, because the existing ones were a little small. We would definitely rent this place again.

Overall we would stay here again and would recommend this unit and location. We were however expecting better views while sitting on the patio. The unit was clean and up to date. Thoroughly we’re comfortable and had a great time.

One of the best rentals we’ve stayed in Waikaloa: great location, we’ll maintained unit and grounds, spotless unit, well stocked kitchen with many small appliance options, loved the beach gear in the closet. Thank you for the great communication and appreciated the attempt to deal with the ants in the second bathroom. Hope you can get them removed.

This condo was clean, the complex was quiet, and my family was able to relax from the moment we walked in the door. I loved that the lanai was shaded at all times during the day. We would definitely stay here again.

First trip to Hawaii. This unit was spotless and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Nicely decorated, kitchen was fabulous, and we even had beach towels, chairs and Boogie boards for our beach trips. Beautiful location close to shopping, food and many gorgeous beaches. 5 adults had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the time together. The concierge was always ready to help, although we never needed anything, but good to have them available. I would definitely stay here again.
