Welcome to an upgraded Kapalua Bay Villa #37G2! Ideal for a family with kids or a couple's vacation! Ground floor, spacious unit - almost 1,000 sq. ft. - 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with two vanities, and a walk-in shower. Cal King in the master bedroom, a Queen sleeper sectional in the living room, and two extra twin air mattresses available. Comfortably fits up to 5 people - a combination of 2 adults and 3 children, 3 adults and 2 children, 4 adults but not recommended for more than 4 adults. (Traveling with friends or extended family and need a bigger unit? Inquire about our upstairs unit #37B1 and book two units to stay close to your traveling crew!).

The closest building to Montage grounds is just minutes away from Kapalua Bay and Oneloa beaches, close to hiking and walking trails, golf, and tennis, with an expansive green lawn in front of the walkout patio and island views.

The large living room features a sectional with a comfortable queen sleeper, storage ottoman, recliner, modern built-in entertainment center with plenty of storage, and an 85-inch smart TV. The living room is spacious enough to accommodate two twin inflatable mattresses if needed. Large bay windows with coverings.

The Master bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a new California King Stearns & Foster mattress, Tommy Bahama solid wood bedroom set, a 65-inch smart TV, and a private patio on the side.

The bathroom has two vanities, a large walk-in shower, and a master closet.

The full kitchen has all new appliances and added ceiling lights. The dining area has a modern table and four chairs. The outside patio has two tables and eight chairs, and a sun lounger chair.

Place is perfect location in Maui. Place is decked out and is like brand new. Great renovations. We stay in Bay Villas every year and this is the best unit we’ve ever stayed in. Couldn’t be better. Bacci ball on the lawn was the icing on the cake!

We had a great time at this beautiful condo! Great location, we would walk to the Montage & Ritz Carlton for meals and cocktails. Very nice walking trails right out your back door. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!
