This is an upstairs unit, and the photos truly don't capture its charm. It looks just as good in person!The space was immaculate and well-furnished—everything was fantastic. Two of the bedrooms were en suite and spacious, while the third bathroom and bedroom were also beautifully designed and comfortable.The kitchen was equipped with nearly every utensil and appliance you might need for meal preparation, along with plenty of seating options. It was a lovely space with ample storage.The location was superb! It was just a short distance from the beaches, markets, and restaurants, easily walkable if you prefer. Old Town Koloa was nearby, offering a variety of markets, coffee shops, and dining options.The pool and hot tub were lovely features to enjoy.Overall, my experience at Pili Mai was exceptional, and I will definitely return!Mahalo!
Whooohoo!!! Celebrated my 50th birthday in a perfect location that provided top notch comforts and plenty of space to rest and recover after our adventures on the island.
During Check in process I had to ask for the unit and bldg number several times as it was not clear, as stating 5K had no real meaning. The A/C did not work well at all in the first bedroom - the A/C does not carry to that room and the extra device was incredibly loud. The view was of construction so being on the end subjected u to gated up property and noise, the garage was so narrow we had to turn our mirrors in and there was no access to the room from the garage. Otherwise everything else was fine. We did not want to go home!!
We had a great time and the unit was great!

We really liked the condo and its floor plan. The kitchen was well stocked. The condo was well appointed and clean. BBQ’s were handy and as well as the pool. The only thing is that it only had one beach umbrella that was usable and small. The other one was broken. Please replace the broken umbrella with a new one. Boogie boards were good.
We had a great stay. The check-in process was very smooth, great communication, the condo was clean and fully stocked for a great stay. We would definitely stay again!
The condo was great. Everything was clean. Well appointed. Management was very responsive to our questions. Would highly recommend! Only word of caution is that if you are flying out in the evening, check out is early and there are no options for luggage storage, or guest passes to use the pool and facilities after 10am checkout. We ended up haulling all our luggage around with 7 adults, in one car, until we could check in our luggage for our flight. This is no fault of the owners, just something we didn’t think about ahead of time.

The condo was squeaky clean and had everything we could possibly need. The beds were so comfortable after long days exploring the island. We would definitely stay here again!
House was exactly as pictured. Lots of space. All the basic needs of a home. Lots of towels. Everyone had their own bathrooms. We loved the pool! Very nice unit and met our needs :)Our daughter had a lovely birthday

Everything about this property was top notch! Loved the location, the beds were super comfy. We would have preferred the queen bed in the spare room with an on-suite instead of twins. But I can see how families with kids like it that way. Other than that absolutely no complaints!!!
The unit was just as described online. Kitchen was well stocked with all plates, utensils, and all common kitchen needs, bathrooms were spacious and stocked with toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and many towels. Laundry room was ready to use, including soap. Grounds are beautifully manicured, BBQ areas easy to use, nice pool, workout room, and hot tub.We were able to walk about 12 - 15 minutes to the beach and used the boogie boards, chairs, towels, etc. provided at the propery. The beach umbrella was small and the wind took it down easily, so next time I might rent a larger one. The walk to the town of Koloa was too far, so driving was necessary. The shopping you could walk to was fancy and pricey; the town of Koloa was much better to spend time in.
We spent most of our time on the porch while at the VRBO, it was comfortable and felt so good sitting out in the open air. The beds were comfortable and the place was well equipped. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogy boards, an ice chest and plenty of beach towels made expeditions to poipu beach as well as the other beaches of Kauai so much fun. We we so busy siteseeing that we never took advantage of the other amenities offered with the VRBO like the grilling stations, the pool, hot tub or exercise room but they looked inviting. We were not disappointed.
Pros*location is nice with many restaurants and shops within walking distance*layout of the unit is nice and spacious*kitchen was well stocked with everything you could ever need including measuring cups, cake pans, Tupperware, etc *beautiful plant life and very well kept grounds Cons*pool is very cold, the first hour of the day only lane swimming is allowed and kids under 5 can’t warm up in the hot tub *owners of units that are staying on the property are quick to let you know they are owners and are not welcoming*found a cockroach and stem from an entire bunch of grapes in the bedroom. Sent an email about my concern about the cleanliness of the unit and received the response “thank you for notifying us of the debris”. Later found more bugs in drawers and broken glass on the lanai.•beds are dangerously high for small kids *3-4 hour mid-stay clean took over 4 hourseven with me offering to fold the towels that were still being laundered. 10-2 was a difficult time of day to have a baby and toddler out of the house so the fact that it took even longer was not ideal *child was sick during the 2nd scheduled mid-stay clean, which is an automatic 360 charge but no reschedule was offered
We absolutely loved staying here for our short stay! The place was beautiful, the kitchen was amazing, and the grounds were fantastic. Loved having a garage, felt very safe. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen island was perfect for our group to gather around and enjoy each other’s company. Also used the pool, which was very nice. Would highly recommend and really hope to stay here again! Thank you!
Property was exactly as described and very well laid out as well as stocked with the essentials. Check in was seamless and management was super quick to respond with answers to questions. Pool area was clean and close with a very short drive to beaches. We would absolutely stay here again for a south shore vacation. Thanks for a great home base on our vacation.
This was a very nice condo for our family of four. While not right on the beach, we enjoyed our walks (about 15 minutes) to the beach and the shops. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby and the condo kitchen was great for meal prep too. I would stay here again.

Very comfortable and relaxing location. The night sky shows you all the stars very beautiful. 5 minutes from Poipu Beach which is awesome for snorkeling. Very close to restaurants and the market . The Condo was equipped with everything you need to a stay .The Bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this rental . My wife and kids loved it.

Great location. Wonderful amenities. Clean and spacious condo. Equipped with enough kitchenware, linens, laundry/cleaning items, and beach gear.
Great place near Poipu Beach, restaurants and shops. It’s about a 20-30 minute drive to Lihue and the airport. The condo was equipped with plenty of plates and utensils as well as beach chairs, an umbrella and snorkeling gear. The pool and grills were just across the parking area. We had no complaints at all about this place.
The .was very comfortable for our family. The beach toys got a lot of use. We did buy two "grandparent" size beach chairs which we left for future use. The condo was close to restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!
This was a beautiful, well-stocked, roomy and perfectly situated lodging for my family of 8. We were a group of all adults and loved our stay in Poipu! Thank you for having so many stocked items that really helped us. Simple things like baggies already at the condo were much appreciated! This is a spectacular rental and I would absolutely, 100% recommend it!
The condo was beautiful. There were a lot of rules, but I’m sure that’s how they keep it clean.
