New flooring and paint 11/22! Located at the private end of the resort, this spacious one bedroom condo has views that display Kauai at its finest! The surrounding mountains, the aqua waters of the ocean and the famous Bali Hai will be enjoyed as a backdrop as you sit on the lanai enjoying outdoor living. The full kitchen will accommodate meal preparation for convenience but perhaps you might prefer an evening at the bar/lounge located on site. The bathroom has upgrades of tile in the stand up shower as well as bathroom and kitchen flooring. The condo is stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards and a beach cooler. The resort has many amenities to keep you busy some to include, 2 swimming pools, a hot tub, a fire pit arena, tennis courts and a fitness center. Furthermore the direct beach access is a bonus and is rare for Princeville complexes. Kauai is home to miles of amazing pristine beaches and a whole array of fun activities such as kayaking, golfing, zip lining, surfing, hiking and much more. You will have a vacation of a lifetime. Great view. Clean place. Nice furnishings. Very nice resort.
Minor issue with a bedroom tv that had intermittent times to get it working properly.

The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

This was our third time in this unit. It is in a quiet corner of the resort, very fairly priced, and the view is phenomenal. I had great communication with the property manager about a minor issue we had as well.

It was our second time renting this property as we love it so much! The unit is spacious and clean, resort has great amenities and views off the lanai are to die for. The local Pu’u Poa beach has amazing snorkeling as well.

The condo was in the perfect location to have a beautiful view of Hanalei Bay. The grounds at Hanalei Bay Resort are lovely and the pool was very pretty. We thoroughly enjoyed the lanai and sat out each morning and evening after it cooled down. The provided beach chairs were a nice bonus as was the snorkels (but only 1 of the 3 snorkels had working valves) but the masks worked great. The condo has had some updates which were appreciated. It’s probably time to update the kitchen. We loved the North Shore of Kauai.

Overall, we loved the condo. The location is amazing and has gorgeous views from the patio over Hanalei bay.
The kitchen is a little outdated and needs some extra cleaning as well as the patio - the floor and the furniture was very dirty but was promptly taken care of the next day after we addressed the issue.
