Wow! You will not be disappointed in this great Nihilani condo! Decorated throughout beautifully with an island flare and loaded with nostalgic pieces to set the mode for your island retreat! Upgraded finishes such as designer carpet, granite countertops and travertine tile are sure to please. This kitchen is loaded with everything you will need and will accommodate whatever meal you will dream up. The layout is designed so that everyone has their own space. The two lanai spaces allow for some outdoor living and the pool is conveniently located close by. The 2 car garage is a bonus and is stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach cooler and more. Feel like taking a bike ride through the pathways of Princeville, the four bicycles are a fun amenities not found in most condos for your use. Loved the house and location. The unit was beautiful with great rooms and with a wonderfully organized kitchen.Instructions , support and information from Realty Vacation Rental was perfect. Only one noise issue in the ventilation shaft of the primary bathroom . With the high winds, during our stay, there was a metal, panel probably on the roof or the internal shaft, that came loose and hitting something, making a constant noise during the night. Other that that, everything was perfect. Thank you!

Beautiful and quiet place! Located very close to the pool and hot tub. Loved having the garage to park in. Beds were very comfortable! Lots of kitchen supplies to make cooking your own meals very easy. Very convenient with the keypads rather than keys for the property. Contact person while at the property was very helpful and responded quickly.

Pool wasn’t heated. Very cold!
Mold or mildew in showers needed to be addressed. Needed better toilet paper. Bathroom for green bedroom needed the toilet paper holder removed and placed on a stand or something different, it was too close to the toilet and no one could sit there without having it hit you in the back.
The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed every other aspect of the VRBO! Excellent!!

Excellent property. Best appointed property that we have enjoyed in Hawaii. Management was responsive to our questions. Great location. Beds are comfortable. 3 bedroom, 3 Bath worked very well for our stay with 3 couples. Kitchen had everything that we needed. Garage accommodated our 2 cars. Beach supplies were used (snorkel, chairs, etc.) and appreciated. Surroundings were lush and well kept. Amazing place from which to enjoy Kauai!

We had an amazing time in Kauai. This location was nearly unbeatable and Kristen was an amazing host/manager. We quickly made friends with locals in the neighborhood and they showed us the quick access to the trail that took us straight down to a beautiful/nearly private beach. The condo was very clean and wonderfully taken care of. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials and the owner also provided many toys/equipment for the beach experience. Thanks so much for making our vacation so amazing!

Loved how spacious it was - each person had their own bathroom, two balconies. Gargage full of beach accessories. Everything was perfect!

Large, top floor condo in nice complex. Garage door remote and keypad did not work, but not a huge issue. Kids loved the pool, kitchen was well-stocked, A/C was sufficient and the tech (Wi-Fi, TV, etc.) worked without any issues. Decor was very heavy on Tommy Bahama with local antiques/vintage items mixed in. We were only there for three nights, but it would be a comfortable place to stay longer and take more advantage of things the condo (e.g. bikes) and surrounding area has to offer.
