This exceptional well-appointed three-bedroom, three-bath 1,500 sq. ft. condominium with central air conditioning is located on the Robert Trent Jones II designed Kiahuna Golf Course with beautiful ocean views beyond. A true tropical paradise, the Pili Mai resort community consists of one and two-story spacious condominiums and features a private recreational center including a family pool, keiki pool, heated spa, fitness center, and barbecue grills throughout the community.
Hale Konani features one of the best floor plans and locations within the complex with two king-bedded master suites with in-suite bathrooms and large closets, a third bedroom and full bathroom, a wide open kitchen and living area and both a lanai for early morning coffee and spectacular sunsets and a courtyard for outside dinning for eight; being a ground floor end-unit with seventeen windows ensures a bright sunny interior! Hale Konani (unit 9M) is centrally located within the complex on the 9th fairway of the golf course and just steps away from the pool and fitness center. This unit is well-suited to comfortably accommodate up to six people.
Newly constructed in 2017, Hale Konani has all the amenities needed for a special vacation. The kitchen with its large center island and stainless-steel appliances is fully stocked with everything you need to take advantage of the local famers markets and cook a gourmet meal at home. Recent upgrades to the unit include some new ceiling fans, light fixtures, and plumbing fixtures as well as a new refrigerator and new tv's including a 65" LG OLED television in the living room.
Each of the bedrooms feature quality mattresses and linens to support a good night’s rest and there is plenty of storage space for you and your guests to unpack and feel at home. A pack and play crib, highchair and stroller are provided for families traveling with small children.
To ensure your fun at the beach and pool, there are six beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a small and large cooler, boogie boards and several pool noodles. For the young children, there are plenty of beach toys and buckets.

Great unit right on the Kiahuna golf 9th fairway. Steps from the complex pool. Brand new, fully furnished and stocked with all the comforts of home and a 5 star hotel. Comfortable beds, great main bath, living area and kitchen with giant island. Ceiling fans and air conditioning keep it cool. We sat on the patio at night and admired the beautiful sunset over Poipu. Would definitely stay here again. The owners give you all the details prior to arrival and the on site managers are very helpful. Great stay!!

Nicely furnished, newer property at Pili Mai. Beautiful complex, unit right by pool/workout room. Great layout for a family, lots of beach toys in garage, feels private. If you’re a golfer you can walk to the clubhouse in just a few minutes to play. Close to the shops and a short drive to beaches. Really happy with the experience.

Such a well stocked house… loved that they had beach chairs, towels, coolers and walking sticks! Beautiful quiet property with a nice view and an easy walk to grab breakfast tacos in the morning from Pacos Tacos. Great location, clean, beautifully decorated with all essentials - couldn’t ask for more.

Our host, Jill, was so very communicative with us. She went out of her way to help us with any requests. It was a very luxurious condo as was the pool area. Quite like a private resort. And very quiet.

This was an amazing property for a family with small children. We had everything we could ever need and felt very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and so was the chairs on the lanai. Would definitely recommend a stay! Also, there are plenty of chickens at the property that my kid had fun chasing. She would have liked more to annoy. Thanks for the great time!

We arrived in Poipu at Pili Mai for the first time. We’ve frequented the Kiahuna Plantation for a few decades and thought we’d change it up. We brought 3 of our children and decided to stay in a larger unit.
Needless to say it didn’t let us down, we loved the location and neighborhood. We’ll be back

The place was beautiful. The beds were comfy. It has 2 masters with ensuite bathrooms and a middle bedroom plus bathroom. Being able to do laundry was great! We loved being able to cook, and there were plenty of spices on hand! It was great having towels and beach chairs! The pack and play, toys, and highchair were great for the baby! The condo is a short walk to the pool! There was a kiddie pool, larger pool, and hot tub! Our patios were peaceful and beautiful. We loved the ocean view with our coffee!
