Just a brief 10-minute drive away you'll find the glorious Hanalei Bay beaches, and numerous shopping and dining options in the town of Hanalei.
Our Kauai vacation rental Villas of Kamalii 40 is fully air conditioned with two master suites, and a third guest bedroom. The upper level, with its vaulted ceilings, includes the well-equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for six, and comfortably furnished living room. Rainy days won't be a problem as there's plenty of entertainment. The living room includes a 65-inch Smart TV with a Bluetooth WiFi Speaker - connect and play your music! And you can sit out on the spacious lanai to dine al fresco and enjoy spectacular mountain and waterfall views.
One master suite is located on the main level, furnished with a king size bed, and another smart TV. The spacious en-suite bathroom has dual sinks and a large walk-in shower. You'll be able to enjoy a private mountain view lanai, perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or a nightcap in the evening as you're cooled by the tradewinds. The guest bedroom is also on the main floor, with a queen size bed, its own smart TV, and a desk area ideal for those working vacations. Just across the hallway is a full guest bathroom with shower. Downstairs you'll find the grand master suite. It's got a Cal king bed, its own smart TV, and another private lanai with mountain and waterfall views. The large, modern en-suite bathroom has a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks. The laundry room is also downstairs, and is equipped with a full-sized washer, dryer and sink.
Garage parking is available, no need to park outside in the hot sun! Super fast WiFi will keep you well connected! Golfers take note - golf clubs are provided for you! There are also BBQ tools for those poolside cookouts. And in the garage you'll find snorkel gear, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach bags, a cooler, and even a surfboard and boogie board for your use!

Went for a family trip with 6 people and we all loved this home. The location. Perfect, close to Hanalei and beautiful beaches but still close to kapa’a for nice restaurants and shopping. Views. Awesome, you walk out and see waterfalls from a distance. Still on a golf course where you can walk 20 minutes to princeville makai 7 hole where the sunsets are to die for. We played at makai and it was only a 5 minute walk to the clubhouse. Hideaway beach is about a 35 minute walk but the views are worth it on the way. The biggest perk was definitely the Ac. Worked great after long hot days hiking and was able to sleep comfortable. Down sides, the stairs can be taxing and are hardwood. They ask you to take your shoes off at the door so walking up the stairs in socks were a little difficult for my elderly mom. There is no ac in one of the bedrooms so trying to figure out who got that room was difficult as it can get muggy at night. Overall I give this place 9 out of 10 just because of everything else mentioned. Will definitely be going back.

This condo was absolutely gorgeous and so well equipped that if I could I would give it six stars out of five. The furnishings were tasteful and beautiful and matched the interior and exterior of the condo perfectly. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything worked perfectly. The full-size washer and dryer were great. The separate air conditioners for the two master suites and the living/kitchen area worked perfectly and were quiet yet efficient. All of the ceiling fans worked perfectly and did not vibrate or make noise. The bamboo floors throughout the living, kitchen and bedroom areas were well matched to everything else in this unit. The beds had very comfortable mattresses and lovely linens, and comfortable pillows. We would rent this unit again without a care. The unit was spotless when we arrived and had plenty of extra toilet paper and tissues. The owners even supplied a few laundry pods to use with the washer which was greatly appreciated. The unit had beach chairs, snorkel gear, and a beach size cooler, and a beach umbrella for our use.

The property was lovely! Also very clean and safe. Beautiful location and close to Princeville Shopping center for groceries and shopping. Very close to Hanalei which is key!
