Our Kauai vacation rental Villas of Kamalii 40 is fully air conditioned with two master suites, and a third guest bedroom. (Please note that the guest bedroom does not have it's own vent for the AC ) The upper level, with its vaulted ceilings, includes the well-equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for six, and comfortably furnished living room. Rainy days won't be a problem as there's plenty of entertainment. The living room includes a 65-inch Smart TV with a Bluetooth WiFi Speaker - connect and play your music! And you can sit out on the spacious lanai to dine al fresco and enjoy spectacular mountain and waterfall views.
One master suite is located on the main level, furnished with a king size bed, and another smart TV. The spacious en-suite bathroom has dual sinks and a large walk-in shower. You'll be able to enjoy a private mountain view lanai, perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or a nightcap in the evening as you're cooled by the tradewinds. The guest bedroom is also on the main floor, with a queen size bed, its own smart TV, and a desk area ideal for those working vacations. Just across the hallway is a full guest bathroom with shower. Downstairs you'll find the grand master suite. It's got a Cal king bed, its own smart TV, and another private lanai with mountain and waterfall views. The large, modern en-suite bathroom has a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks. The laundry room is also downstairs, and is equipped with a full-sized washer, dryer and sink.
Garage parking is available, no need to park outside in the hot sun! Super fast WiFi will keep you well connected! Golfers take note - golf clubs are provided for you! There are also BBQ tools for those poolside cookouts. And in the garage you'll find snorkel gear, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach bags, a cooler, and even a surfboard and boogie board for your use!

The home was thoughtfully decorated with a tropical theme. Spacious for family or friends. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, golf and stunning beaches. Whether you snorkel or watch surfers, the water is gorgeous! I enjoyed morning coffee on the back porch watching the clouds move over the mountains and the entertaining roosters and hens with chicks.

This is a lovely home with a great floor plan for our family. It has 3 bedrooms, on 3 different floors so not ideal for anyone who struggles with stairs. The location is beautiful and lush but had us in the car a lot getting around the island. There were several small maintenance items that I reported to the property manager when we arrived. One of them was that the garage door opener wasn't working. The property manager told us to purchase a battery and send him the receipt for reimbursement. I sent him the receipt and he never responded to me or processed a credit back to my card like he offered to. It was not a lot of money, but the lack of professionalism was disappointing. Aside from this, we enjoyed the home very much.

We had a great time in Kauai with our family. We haven't been back for a long time and wanted to share the beauty with our grown children. The place was spacious and clean. The kitchen is not stocked with spices, so you would have to buy them. A dining room chair was missing so instead of 6 there were only 5. We used a stool instead so we could all eat at the dining room table. The cleaning people were still cleaning when we arrived doing some touch-up cleaning. Bath Soap was not available on the first night but was brought to us immediately. There's only BBQ on-premise, so usually there is a wait around dinner time. Other than that, the place was big and spacious with beach gear to use. Thank you!

Hello fellow travelers! This town home in Princeville was in a great location, with easy access to walking trails to the shopping center. We would have rated this property 5 stars all around if it weren't for the noisy traffic driving by during the day which prevented us from leaving the doors and windows open. Our biggest disappointment was the condition of the beach gear. All the beach chairs were rusted with torn straps and there was no waterproof insulated bags for carrying cold drinks to the beach. This rental is not a cheap rental so our expectation is that beach gear be refreshed each season and in reasonably good condition. Otherwise, the rental is immaculately clean with comfortable furnishings. The pool was great with a gas grill.

Went for a family trip with 6 people and we all loved this home. The location. Perfect, close to Hanalei and beautiful beaches but still close to kapa’a for nice restaurants and shopping. Views. Awesome, you walk out and see waterfalls from a distance. Still on a golf course where you can walk 20 minutes to princeville makai 7 hole where the sunsets are to die for. We played at makai and it was only a 5 minute walk to the clubhouse. Hideaway beach is about a 35 minute walk but the views are worth it on the way. The biggest perk was definitely the Ac. Worked great after long hot days hiking and was able to sleep comfortable. Down sides, the stairs can be taxing and are hardwood. They ask you to take your shoes off at the door so walking up the stairs in socks were a little difficult for my elderly mom. There is no ac in one of the bedrooms so trying to figure out who got that room was difficult as it can get muggy at night. Overall I give this place 9 out of 10 just because of everything else mentioned. Will definitely be going back.

The rental property was extremely clean and ran very professionally. The property is in an excellent location but is under construction and has traffic 24/7 so loud that you can't even hear the roosters. The lanai is not a place of relaxation but a location that sounds like you are next to a freeway. I do NOT recommend this location until construction is complete. The property did NOT have what was advertised to include cooler, boogie board, and surf board. The cooler was not present, boogie board was broken in half, surf board broken by previous renter and towels with a sign that says to not use. We purchased all of the above and left for future renters so equipped now.
