This gorgeous condo has been remodeled top to bottom and is the perfect place for your Maui stay. New décor throughout, including upgraded mattress in the King bedroom and on the fold out sleeper sofa. There is a newly added futon in the living room that can sleep an additional party, allowing for 5 guests comfortably. The spacious open concept floor plan can accommodate 4 people very comfortably. The two bathrooms are nice for families or friends traveling together, each has their own private facilities. Sit outside on the lanai and enjoy the ocean view and beauty that surrounds you. Kihei is noted for its year round sunshine, balmy trade winds, and soothing evening air. It is one of the driest and sunniest areas on the entire island!

CANCELLATION POLICIES AND OPTIONS:
.TRAVEL INSURANCE – Please look into this as your first line of defense, as it limits losses for both parties in this difficult time. All of the major booking sites offer trip insurance and you can purchase this protection directly at time of booking. Also, many credit cards do offer some sort of travel reimbursement as terms of their program, please check with your credit card company as well, should you chose not to protect your trip with the site you are booking this reservation with.
For bookings without Travel Insurance, we have the below options:
CANCELLATIONS - 30 DAYS or MORE before check-in, Renters will receive a FULL REFUND of the amounts paid less any travel insurance fee and minus a $99.00 + Tax Administrative Fee.
CANCELLATION - 29 DAYS or LESS before check-in, Renters will forfeit the total rental amount. The total rental includes all charges on the paid-in-full invoice.
There are NO REFUNDS for EARLY DEPARTURE.

Had a great time very happy with the location will definitely go back … wish that they had regular TV did not like streaming thought it was a pain ! Also no shower mat in the bathtub very dangerous for older people.

The condo was just as the photo's depicted. It had lovely furnishings and the kitchen was top notch. The view from the lanai was gorgeous - palm trees and sandy beach and was in the shade for the hottest part of the day. Check in and check out was quick and easy. We plan on coming back to this condo next year. Thanks for a great stay!!

We have stayed at the Maui Sunset for over 20 years. I will say this unit far exceeded our expectations. The tile floors throughout were especially beneficial to keep the unit clean and cool. The bedding and furniture were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had every kitchen aid needed. The property management team was very responsive to our needs and a pleasure to work with.

We stayed from Jul 04 to Jul 11. The condo had all supplies needed for a family. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage kids. We enjoyed the community where condo was located. Bathroom were small with teenage kids but we managed.

Great location in Maui - very central. Beautiful grounds and well-kept property and unit - sunset views from the beach were stunning! Everything we needed to start our vacation was available in the unit when we arrived and the bed/pull-out bed were very comfortable. Would definitely choose Maui Sunset to stay next time we're in Maui!

We really loved our stay in this spacious condo. The main living area is large and comfortable. When one of our party was injured on a hike, it was a great place to home base for a few days, the pool welcoming, the beach uncrowded. The property management team was quick to respond kindly when our plans changed due to the hiking injury.
