We always enjoy staying at the Maui Sunset. This property is one of the nicest thus far.
Bedding and couches/futon were pretty bad.

We had an amazing family vacation. The location of the condos was great. The unit was updated and clean. There was plenty of beach supplies in the condo and plenty of sand toys for the kids. The beach access was great, but the beach area was pretty rocky and tough to swim in that area with the kids. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.
This sweet condo had everything that we needed. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable king bed, beach supplies. It was very quiet in the evening. Wonderful view from the lanai
We love staying at Maui Sunset. This was our 5th time and B311 was great!Clean and updated!We would have liked better beach towels cuz we do a lot of beach time but overall a great place to rent.We will definitely be back and if we choose B311 again it will be wonderful.
Great central location, we had 3 young children ages 3,6 and 8 and it was perfect for them. I felt safe and the pool was such an added bonus! We will defiently be back it had everything we needed and more for our family.
Facility is very well kept and did offer some wonderful views and access to the water. The pool and hot tub were in great shape and the crews keep the grounds immaculate during our entire stay. Easy access to all parys of the island which made the Maui sunset a great place to stay. Room was well equipped with items needed for the beach trips,cooking, and for a comfortable and relaxing time. Looking forward to our next stay.
Everything in the condo was perfectly done, from the decorations to the supplies they hsd waiting. The grounds were well maintained and beautifully decorated. Close to shops and food trucks. The beach was so close and the pool was even closer. This was well worth coming back on our next trip back
Condo was as described, with a few added extras that were appreciated. Clean, comfortable, quiet and great family atmosphere. Clean pool, walk to beach, well maintained grounds. The grounds crew were fantastic at taking great care of this spot. Watched daily as they meticulously deep cleaned the community barbeques.
This is our fourth visit to the Maui Sunset property in Kihei. This condo has been completely redone inside and all details are thought through for guest happiness. The kitchen is fully stocked, much more so than an average vacation rental. Great condo and Maui vacation!
Had a great time very happy with the location will definitely go back … wish that they had regular TV did not like streaming thought it was a pain ! Also no shower mat in the bathtub very dangerous for older people.

The condo was just as the photo's depicted. It had lovely furnishings and the kitchen was top notch. The view from the lanai was gorgeous - palm trees and sandy beach and was in the shade for the hottest part of the day. Check in and check out was quick and easy. We plan on coming back to this condo next year. Thanks for a great stay!!
True home away from home for relaxing and revitalizing. The condo has everything needed for your vacation stay. The balcony is additional living space and perfect for relaxing anytime of day. Watch the sunset or enjoy the well-maintained grounds from the balcony. Location on Maui is excellent for exploring every part of the island. Restaurants, stores, shopping is convenient without the traffic and congestion as South Kihei.
