The condo at Grand Champions was a great home away from home for us for the past week. It was extremely comfortable and clean. The condo was in a very quiet location and the beds were so comfortable! There are no condos immediately behind you so it feels very private too! We loved listening to the birds in the ravine in the back. The condo had beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers that you could take to the beach too. It is also walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops, beaches and other amenities. We would stay here again. We were also very impressed with VIP Property Management. They were so helpful and responded to us quickly with any questions. Thank you!
Wailea Grand Champions Condo was perfect location to stay near family gatherings and events while in Maui for Mom’s ashes to sea ceremony. The condo was clean, quiet, spacious and well worth the price. I enjoyed the privacy of the two rooms and the lanai. We would definitely choose this location again. Thank you!

The condo was very clean and we all slept very comfortably. We appreciated the beach chairs, pool noodles and cooler. The master bed was very very comfortable. We loved our stay and lool forward to coming back!!
I have taken many trips to Kihei and this was our first time staying in Wailea. Affordable, spacious, clean property that had everything we needed. Loved having all of the beach supplies! Short distance to everywhere we needed to go. Definitely recommend!

The rear of the property offers a tranquil and serene retreat amidst a canopy of trees, providing a perfect setting for relaxation and visiting with family/friends. The location is highly advantageous, with convenient access to a wide range of amenities, including coffee shops, grocery stores, exceptional dining, shopping centers, and beaches. The property’s pedestrian-friendly layout enhances its appeal. I would highly recommend this establishment for future Maui vacations.

This rental was amazing. Very spacious with beautiful balconies and in walking distance of the beach as well as places to eat.
This property was clean and quiet in a beautiful convenient location. Rental had ample beach gear, was close to great beaches for snorkeling. Management was very responsive in helping we retrieve a package from amazon. The A/C units all worked great and kept us comfortable. We were within walking distance to very nice shops and grocery. It was nice to have a dedicated parking spot, washer/dryer, wifi worked great and beds were comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

2nd room, close to the patio:
Sink faucet needs to be cleaned or replaced. Water pressure was weak.
The tub faucet didn't work properly and the drain needs to be fixed, I was standing in 3 inches of dirty water.
Laundry Room:
Washing machine had black mold and it smells terrible. We didn't end up using it at all.
These are minor adjustments, overall we were very happy with our experience.

Beautiful condo near grand wialea.
Property is in a fantastic location, across the street from the shops of Wailea. Unit was a bit dated but layout of unit with spaced out bedrooms was great.
This place was updated, clean, and just as advertised. It was close to all the Wailea shops and beaches, walking or short drive distance. No complaints and I'd stay there again. Thanks.

Stayed with a group of 6, no problems or confusion during the whole trip. The neighborhood was friendly with security checking around to see if everyone was following the policies. Great stay and will come back in the future if it’s an option.

I loved the space. It's a very nice neighborhood and location with luscious gardens, a pool, walking distance to The Shops at Wailea and about a 10 min walk to the beach. I drove so I could get groceries making the property the most affordable with free parking. Wailea is one of the most expensive areas with a Four Seasons and Fairmont just up the beach and you can have a quick lunch or dinner there and park in the Wailea Beach parking lot for free until 8 pm. Four Seasons offers free Valet (just bring some extra tip money for the parkers). The unit is fabulously furnished and is very quiet. I felt like I was in my own home and it was very peaceful and had most all of the amenities you need. Beach chairs, wake boards, coolers, sunscreen, and snorkel gear. Just make sure you pack your own shampoo and conditioner. If you have forgotten any toiletries, the Grocery and ABC stores are just up the street. Only a 28 min drive from OGG airport. Lovely stay and I'll be staying there again if it's available.

Excellent location, great communication from host, perfect set up for 2 couples, definitely recommend!
We loved the location and amenities. Towels need to be replaced. Some are stained and the majority of them have an odor. Needs painting and some updating. The furniture is outdated and worn. The AC in one of the bedrooms went out and they responded very quickly and replaced the unit. Would we stay here again, yes if it was updated.

The only good thing about the unit is its location. The unit was in bad condition; the furniture was outdated and beaten up, and there was so much dust and dirt everywhere. The bathrooms were dirty, the kitchen was falling apart, and many pots and pans were unusable. The patio was never cleaned and we couldn't use it. We had a cleaning crew return two times to remove dirt and grime. I would never return to this place and would not recommend it to anyone

Too many wasps on the lanai. Wife is deathly afraid of them, so laundry was a no-go, which is in a closet out on the lanai. Need new shower head in master bath too. Otherwise very spacious and nice! Fantastic location for us!
We had a very nice stay at the Grand Champions in Wailea. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops, and the beaches. The Island Gourmet Market was an added location bonus - especially when we were heading to the beach for the day!
The villa location is ideal for a visit in Kihei, on the south west side of Maui, and there are many beaches and shops, within a 10 minute walk.
The Grand Champion complex is a little dated, but grounds are well maintained. During my stay one of the two pools was closed. This was disappointing as the one working pool was overcrowded. The unit we stayed in #5 was located on the third floor. Which made is difficult to move bags and luggage in and out of the unit.
