Overlooking the Pacific Ocean and directly adjacent to the Princeville Resort, it is the perfect respite for one or two couples, a couple with two kids or a girls’ getaway.
The unit features beautiful Mediterranean floor tiles throughout, flat screen TVs in the living area and master bedroom. There's also a glass-roofed atrium to enjoy your coffee and a good book while watching colorful rainbows arch overhead. And a big plus for those warm tropical afternoons -- central A/C throughout -- making it a refreshing place to return after a day in the sun.
The unit has a recently-refurbished lanai with new tile flooring and glass railing - the perfect place to sit and relax while sipping coffee at sunrise or drinks at sunset, BBQing dinner and watching surfers and sea-life at Hideaways Beach directly below.
The Condo provides a comfortable, bright, airy living space that takes advantage of the delightful ocean breezes and magical sunset views.
The well-equipped kitchen - with a new LG refrigerator (built-in filtered water), glass cooktop and granite countertops - overlooks a large, open living room and dining area that offer expansive views of the ocean and mountains from every which way. We also have a wine fridge to keep all your bottles at the perfect drinking temperature - as well as plenty of other kitchen tools (Ninja blender, rice cooker, 4-slice Cuisinart toaster, Cuisinart automatic drip coffee maker and Kitchen Aid food processor) for those who prefer to cook at home (and enjoy the best view on island!)
The open dining area offers expansive views of the ocean and mountains with a wine fridge nearby to keep your favorite bottles at an optimal temperature. Just below the dining room is a spacious living area with a sectional sofa with plenty of seating to spread out. A new Samsung 65" Smart TV and Yamaha Sound bar are mounted on the living area wall for your viewing pleasure, when the myriad of Pacific hues are not luring your attention away.
The master en-suite bedroom has a Cal-King bed, Smart TV and ample storage with built-in cabinetry. The spacious master bedroom opens to the glass-enclosed atrium with mesmerizing views, or closed up for privacy with folding louvred doors. The roomy master bathroom has an upgraded tiled walk-in shower with a luxurious rain shower head, double sinks, plush linens, shampoo/conditioner and body wash dispensers and plenty of storage.
The guest bedroom has two twin beds that can easily be made into a king bed upon request. There is a large guest bathroom located just outside the bedroom with a bathtub and shower combo (also with a rain showerhead), plus more shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers and washer/dryer appliances (+ laundry products) for our guests' use.
The light-filled glass-enclosed atrium or the private lanai off the living room are perfect spots to watch whales (Nov-Apr), dolphins, tropical birds, sailboats, rainbows, surfers --or curl up with a good book on one of the comfy sofas or outdoor lounge chairs with two market umbrellas to keep the shade a-plenty. In the evening, use the gas BBQ to grill while watching Kauai's mesmerizing sunsets over the Pacific ocean and majestic Bali Hai.

This is my favorite rental property I’ve stayed at worldwide. So many beautiful details from the artwork to cleanliness to a very well stocked kitchen.. Oh my gosh the VIEW. Cannot beat it. Front row seat to every sunset. Hosts were easy to reach, even though I never needed them because we had no issues during our stay. We were happy to have the AC, would have been to hot and humid without it. I will 100% be back to Kauai and this property. Hideaway beach is a quick walk away but beware it is a little difficult to “hike” down to the beach. Especially if it rained, it’s muddy and slippery.

Having stayed in the Princeville area many times, we looked forward to experiencing the Pu’u Poa condos we’d passed so often. And what a find! The location and views can’t be beat. This unit towards the right side of the property has the best views of Hā’ena as well as the ocean. The lanai is spacious and the condo layout is great, offering multiple areas to relax and enjoy the view. Anne is great host and has equipped the kitchen with everything you need to cook as well as all the beach chairs, masks/fins/snorkels, umbrellas, etc. to enjoy days out on the beach. As a fellow Vrbo host who does the same, it’s greatly appreciated. We’ll be back!

Everything about our stay was fabulous! The host was amazing and attentive. She even texted right before arrival, and again before departure, and was available if needed. The unit was clean and just like the photos. The beds were super comfortable. The views were breathtaking. The property was clean and in the perfect location for our stay! We will be back. We came from a wintery climate to this dreamy tropical paradise. A must try!

This property is perfect in every way. Well stocked kitchen for cooking, comfy beds, nice linens, beach toys in excellent condition and it is sparkling clean. The view is stellar from the full moon setting in the early morning hours to the sunset over the Na Pali cliffs, it really cannot be beat. Location is great, two easy beaches you can walk to. Owners are very responsive and honestly this place is one of the best we've ever rented.

Loved this Condo! Location was excellent and beautiful. Mesmerizing views, watching sunsets, surfers, big waves (especially during the high surf warnings), cooking on the grill and enjoying meals on the Lanai Absolutely loved falling asleep to the sounds of the waves. As well as waking up to the crow of roosters, chirping birds and yes the waves!
Condo was very clean upon arrival and was well stocked which minimized what we had to buy in regards to spices, toiletries etc…
Communication with the owner was seamless.
Would most definitely recommend this condo!

A spectacular setting, within minutes of a number of world-class beaches. The property lived up to the description very well, with panoramic views of the ocean and complete amenities. The hostess is a great communicator as well and is very accommodating.
We strongly recommend this property for anyone looking for lodging on the North side of Kauai.

The condo is in an excellent location and has some beautiful ocean views and sunsets. The beds were very comfortable and the entire place is very roomy. We enjoyed the interior amenities and the patio as well. It's located near many great restaurants and beaches. Enjoyed the place very much !!

This condo was honestly the best place we’ve ever stayed in all our years of traveling. By far! From the moment we booked it months ago, Anne has been nothing but a wonderful host. She reached out immediately with some details of how to make our stay enjoyable; restaurants to eat at and places where we should think about getting reservations in advance of our arrival. The check-in process was a breeze and the condo was in perfect condition. There were some nice welcome gifts and the condo was STOCKED. Everyone has experienced those condos where the host hasn’t even provided you with a knife to use. Not this place. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t already available in the condo. Kitchen was stocked with anything you need and there were also all the things you need to go to the beach. Chairs, umbrella, coolers, snorkel gear to just name a few.
The location is awesome as well. It is secluded from all the busyness of a normal resort and yet you are close to town, the beach and places to eat.
I have already highly recommend this place and these hosts to many friends and family. We will definitely go back. Thank you Anne for your wonderful hospitality.

We loved everything about this place! It's so dreamy and we were able to truly relax and enjoy the gorgeous views and surrounding beaches. I would be thrilled to visit this place again, my husband raved the entire time. If you're trying to decide on a spot in Princeville/Hanalei, pick this one!
