We were very comfortable, great views from two balconies and great location to beach and other activities in the area. Management staff was responsive in replacing iron promptly and addressing issue with cable. I would stay again and will recommend to friends and family.
Excellent location! Unit was well equipped to handle our party of 7. We cooked several meals at home and the shops downstairs were nice to grab some ice cream or an ingredient we forgot at the store. Valet’s were amazing and always quick. Amazing value for Waikiki stay!
We loved our stay here. The building (Ilikai resort) is older but the apartment is great. Two large balconies wrap around a corner unit. Lots of space to hang out in the living/dining room. Good AC.
Everything was great. All amenities downstairs. Short walk to beach and surf area. Dukes surf shop at lobby level was awesome. Chris will take care of u there!.
When we arrived we went straight to our room. The code had not been programmed yet for some reason but the owner answered the phone and quickly corrected that. The room was spacious, beds comfy, kitchen well stocked, with lots of extra towels and bath linens. The beach towels, boogie boards and cooler were nice to have.
We had a great stay overall. The location was perfect for our needs, and the host was very responsive.

This was a great place for our family to relax after long days of adventuring. It was very clean and the king-sized bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. The kitchen had everything we needed and the kids enjoyed the boogie boards that the host provided. We found parking to be easier than expected and quite reasonable (for Hawai’i) in the lot behind the building. Great beaches within walking distance as well. Easy and clear instructions for checking in, and the one time we needed to reach Jeannie, she was responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
Large, clean condo with lots of room for a large group! Beautiful resort with a restaurant, gift shop, pool, ice cream shop on site. Right on Ala Moana Harbor, within a very short walk to the Hilton lagoon ( & their Friday fireworks), a beautiful view of Diamond Head , the beach & ocean. Great views from the 2 lanais. Location is perfect walking access to , & right in the heart of everything in Waikiki. Close to the airport, Pearl Harbor, Hanauma Bay. Valet parking or reasonably-priced parking lots behind the resort within a short walk from the Illikai, down the ramp when you exit the harbor side entrance of the Ilikai . The resort has a beautiful outdoor seating area overlooking the harbor. Pay washer and dryer on condo floor right down the hall from the condo. This condo is at the end of a hall which was nice. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.
Had a great stay, it's nice to be able to go down to the lobby for sundries and ice-cream. Located at the west end of Waikiki waking distance to Ala Moana shopping center.
Making reservations was an easy process. The condo was exactly as described. The location was great. The view was amazing.

Great location for everything the place is super clean and beautiful views
The overall stay was great, the place accommodated our team of 5 comfortably, host was super communicative and responsive. If you want to be downtown and close to everything this is the place to be! One downside was the traffic noise, was not prepared for that however it did not take away from our stay! Would stay here again!

Nice place, great location
Our family of five had a great trip. The condo was perfect. We loved the location, by the harbour, near the lagoon. Easy to get to the beach, on the quieter end of the beach. We were so happy with our choice. The view of the city and ocean were stunning. Lots of restaurants near by. We also used the kitchen , there are local restaurants that made it easy. The lobby has shops, surf place called dukes lagoon- they were great. Coffee shop and ice cream.Loved this place for everything.Would love to come back.
Lodging convenient for our stay in Waikiki. Updated, clean unit with comfortable bedding and towels, adequate for our 3-night stay. Kitchen could have used more dish towels, and a dish drying mat. Had we cooked in the unit, there were no potholders or any spices, etc. In the bedrooms, there was one side of each larger bed that had approximately 6 inches to move between the bed and wall/window, which was difficult. There was 24-hour road noise from the street, but we would stay here again.
This condo was perfect for my spouse, best friend and my Thanksgiving getaway. The property is great and just as described. Terrific location for exploring and enjoying Waikiki area. We had rental car for day trips and it was sometimes hard to find parking in the nearby $1/hour spaces, but worked out okay. We recommend this property
We were staying here to attend a family wedding on the island. The condo was everything as advertised. Plenty of room for our family of six! Four adult children plus my wife and my self. The building has everything- two pools, the lagoon next door, a restaurant, sushi/poke shop and surf shop!! Great stay
We had fun except there was a gay parade that held up traffic on Saturday for a few hours.
When we arrived, the condo was not cleaned due to miscommunication from an outside repair service. We proceeded to contact Jeannie and she told me to contact the cleaning/property manager. The cleaning crew arrived within the hour and did a very nice job.
Jeannie was a pleasure to work with. She was always prompt with answering emails prior to arrival and phone calls while there. Her cleaning/property manager was great as well.
Overall, the condo was extremely nice (great location, within walking distance to many conveniences, and great view of the city and ocean).
However, having two older individuals in the party, it may be a consideration to upgrade to handle bars in the shower and tub/shower combo.
Overall, our experience was fantastic. We would definitely rent again.
This is a nice place to stay in a nice hotel tower. The room has two balconies to enjoy the busy city life. Plenty of towels and necessities to get you through your stay. Room is large enough for the family to gather and enjoy.

I stayed here with my family (all adults) for a group trip in Oahu. It was easy to follow the instructions left by Jeannie and team re: entering the unit, parking (valet and public parking at the back), amenities, nearby recommendations, etc. The unit was far from the elevators so there was limited, if any noise, from the hallway which was a plus. Lots of big windows and natural light.
