Chill Out with friends or family in this spacious two-story Maui beach house which enjoys a prime position right on a sandy beach of Maui’s South side. A group of 12 guests can enjoy this 6 bedroom, 5.5 bath beach house with electronic access, 2 on-site vehicle parking spaces and saline, solar heated pool.

Relax on the covered patio and watch the sunset over the horizon waters or the island of Lanai. Enjoy the sunshine, sand, surf and all of Maui’s first-class amenities. The waters out front are perfect for safe shallow swimming, paddleboarding or beginner surf lessons. The beach is located directly out back just on the other side of the beautiful lawn, approximately 50 ft. The beach stretches for miles. You can walk almost to Ma'alaea via gorgeous soft sands. Beach Paradise is walking distance also to over 15 restaurants, plenty of shops and a grocery store. This vacation home is less than 20 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes to the heart of Wailea, but with so much happening within 5 minutes of the home, you will never want to leave! Fresh island poke, the Maui Brewery and shave ice available just around the corner!

This fabulous classic Maui beach rental features an impressive interior consisting of open plan living areas, high ceilings, hardwood floors, and ceiling fans to keep you cool. There is central AC or you open the windows and doors to enjoy Maui’s fresh air. Warm tropical wood, neutral colors, and natural fabrics create a restful and relaxing great room which everyone can enjoy. High-speed wireless internet keeps you connected with the outside world or business should you need it. The Great Rooms features a Smart TV with access to over 1000 Internet channels or easy access to Netflix and Prime. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors showcases the stunning views of the tree-lined beach and the sparkling Pacific Ocean. Sliding doors on one side of the Great Room lead to a covered lanai overlooking the beach and an expansive County-owned public lawn of shaded palms. Doors on the other side of the Great Room face the pool, opening East to a private and enclosed outdoor area. A private solar heated swimming pool (temperature hovers around 84 degrees, higher if you keep the cover closed) is set amidst island landscaping, surrounded by a small lawn giving the perfect space for quiet relaxation.

We had a wonderful stay at your home in Kihei. The photos don’t show how fabulous this home is. We had everything we could possible need- it was perfect for our family! We were steps from the beach, had a nice pool and location was the best – could walk to restaurants, close to grocery stores and recreational activities. The interior of the house was equally impressive. It was so pretty – spacious, well furnished and tastefully decorated. There were plenty of spaces for everyone to relax and unwind, both indoors and outdoors. We could have private time or come together for meal and games. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we found everything we needed to prepare delicious meals. The large outdoor table was perfect for our large group. In terms of accommodating my family, this house was perfect! The home had pool toys, beach chairs, beach toys, more toys, books, etc. Overall, I can’t say enough positive things about this beachfront house. It was a true gem! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway with family or friends. It truly exceeded all of our expectations!

Truly a beautiful and comfortable home. Spacious and warm. Well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute we spent here. It was great to use the indoor kitchen table and barstools for breakfast and especially nice to use the large patio table to seat all 12 of us for dinner. We would certainly choose this vacation home again! Thank you!

Our multi-generational family group of 12 had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property for a week. An absolutely awesome home for a large group. Great living room for all to gather and a very well stocked kitchen. A long dining table outside was great for dinner while watching the sunset. Beach and pool time entertained the kids for hours. Also, excellent local dining options a stroll away - Peace Love Shave Ice, Nalu’s, Miso Phat Sushi, and Nutcharee’s Thai. We loved the quiet and vibe of Kihei and will choose this locale over the ‘resort scene’ in the future. Sunny and Brandon, appreciate all your help. Mahalo from our families!

The property was just what we were looking for. Right on the beach. The bedrooms were large and beds were very comfortable. Soft sheets. All rooms had baths attached. Main family room was large with plenty of seating for everyone. Well stocked kitchen. House manager was so kind and easy to work with. We will be back to this house for sure!

Our stay at this beautiful home was amazing! We had a multi-generation family vacation with ages from 86 to 15. The home is large and beautifully furnished. It is a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach with gentle waves. The pool is fun for kids and after a long day in the ocean. The views from every room are lovely and the kitchen/living areas are very well stocked and appointed. It was the best family vacation we ever had!

We had a fantastic stay. The property manager was extremely friendly and responsive to all of our questions. The location was really convenient for the beach and local supermarket in walking distance.
