Enjoyed our time there after the second day! Had to rate 4 stars because we did have an incident with an infestation of termites in the upstairs bedroom on the first night and since it’s an open area they were everywhere. Our family of three had to sleep in the one bedroom with twin beds. Overall it was a great place with breathtaking views!
Loved the outdoor furniture. So relaxing! Great property overall as well.

This place is more than worth the price tag! Beautiful condo, EXTREMELY clean, well equipped we had beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards you name it. The view is absolutely stunning! We will be back!

Loved the location. Amazing snorkeling, right out front, and the view was awesome. The place was very clean and well kept. We plan on a return visit.

Really enjoyed our stay. The condo is nicely decorated with beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, etc. The walk to Napili Bay was a little longer than we thought it would be but not a huge deal. Property Manager was very attentive, too. Good pre and post checkin/out communications.
Very clean and well appointed. The unit is only a short walk to both napili and kapalua beaches. The kitchen was very well equipped which made it easy to prepare meals. A great holiday apartment for a group of 4.

After waiting 2 years for this trip, we were given the wrong door code and none of our issues were addressed. DO NOT rent from KBM. At the end, the cleaning person was outside the door for more than an hour passive aggressively waiting for us to check out.

We've stayed at several condos at Napili Point. This was by far the nicest and best stocked rental. Loves everything about it and can't wait to come back

The location, views and condo were great!!
The unit was exactly as pictured- plenty of space, updated, clean, easy parking, and FANTASTIC location! We loved spending every morning and evening on the lanai, listening to the waves and watching the sunsets. We even caught multiple rainbows exactly like the one on the VRBO listing. We were able to walk to two beaches and shops and restaurants were nearby. Our only complaint was construction that started on a neighboring unit which forced us out from about 9-5 each day. Fortunately we were eager to get to the beach in the morning, but it was really disruptive. Hopefully that is completed soon though.
This condo is the best ever! We highly recommend staying here! It is truly paradise and so quiet and peaceful. You will not be disappointed!!!

We had such a wonderful time at this property! It is very well furnished, clean, and an excellent location. The views are phenomenal. Rainbows and sea turtles a plenty! We would come back to this property again.
Only request was that the chairs and cooler need an upgrade. There were only 2 chairs provided for 4 guests and one was broken. The cooler was hard sided but small. A larger cooler and possibly soft sided would be a plus.
Perfect spot for my family of four adults! We had a great time and the location was perfect!
