We cannot say enough good things about our experience with this team! They are exceptional with communication even before check in. They are quick to respond to texts and emails, going above and beyond with every encounter. We highly recommend this team and would definitely use them again.
Excellent service from KBM resorts. We managed to get early check in which was great. Also a broken toaster was quickly replaced. Property was spotless and well equipped. Highly recommended
Enjoyed our time there after the second day! Had to rate 4 stars because we did have an incident with an infestation of termites in the upstairs bedroom on the first night and since it’s an open area they were everywhere. Our family of three had to sleep in the one bedroom with twin beds. Overall it was a great place with breathtaking views!
We had a wonderful week at Napili Point! The view is spectacular; we spent many hours out on the lanai. The condo is well appointed - everything we needed was provided (chairs, body boards, cooler, umbrella, towels, sand toys). We didn't do much cooking, but the kitchen was well-equipped for what we needed. The beds were comfortable, and it was easy to keep the condo cool (the sunshade on the patio in the late afternoon is much appreciated!) There is a surf shop next door where you can rent snorkel gear by the day or week. Snorkeling in the bay is a must! As other reviews mentioned, it is a bit tricky to get down there with the rocks, but it's manageable. If others are down there snorkeling, I've found they're often helpful in offering good points of entry and exit. We had an issue with the door code upon arrival but KBM resolved it with a quick phone call. The car rental is also a nice bonus - it was an easy process from a major car rental company. We will definitely stay here again!

This place is more than worth the price tag! Beautiful condo, EXTREMELY clean, well equipped we had beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards you name it. The view is absolutely stunning! We will be back!

Very clean and well appointed. The unit is only a short walk to both napili and kapalua beaches. The kitchen was very well equipped which made it easy to prepare meals. A great holiday apartment for a group of 4.
