This condo was at least as good as advertised. The ocean view was beyond amazing. We saw sea turtles every day while we ate breakfast on the balcony.We plan to come back to Kauai someday and when we do, we hope to stay here again. The location of this condo was perfect! My wife fell in love with this condo.Finally, the owners were very responsive to all of our messages and they were very friendly.

We had a great time in this condo. Everyday when we woke up, we would eat breakfast on the balcony and watch turtles swimming! They were pretty cute. Great access to nearby beaches and the pool. Appreciated the beach towels, boogie board and chairs. AC was very helpful. Great access to Netflix and Disney Plus for after the sun went down. Loved it! Highly recommend

Check in/out was easy and owner communicated with us before arrival which was appreciated. Location was great. If you are looking to rent, just know that the condo is old and furnishings tired/worn. Not a great value for the money paid.

This property is so amazing. Wild to say but the pictures don’t even do it justice. Great little neighborhood with easy beach access / dining within a half mile or so. Plenty of turtles and saw some Rays out in the water too!

The inside was a bit tight but the lanai and the view made up for it! Turtles upon turtles just swimming right below! Could have sat and watched all day!

Amazing property!!! The views off the balcony can’t be beat. You can see sea turtles all day. The location of this property is great. Minutes from the beach, shopping, and restaurants. We loved Poipu beach and see the turtles and monk seals. Communication was awesome with the owner and check in and check out was seamless. Great property!

The views are incomparable. However, while described as "not a luxury stay", the unit is priced higher than similar units we saw at the complex with updated furnishings and a higher cleaning standard. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and needs replaced. Kitchen appliances and tools for food prep are in need of updating and refreshing. The owner's communication was excellent and it's clear she is a very responsible host.

Great location on top of the ocean and turtles. Nice relaxing pool and easy access to Poipu Beach. AC was great addition after a day in the sun and surf. Well appointed kitchen and gas grill right outside made it easy to cook our own dinners. In-unit laundry also made our packing list very small.

Phenomenal location and sweeping views. We saw turtles, whales and dolphins from the beautiful lanai. Comfortable bed, clean and well appointed. Lots to do! Walking distance to restaurants. Short drive to local beaches to see the turtles rest. Nothing like returning from the beach to more ocean views! Book your stay here!

My husband & I have stayed at many VRBOs across the country. Melodee’s place was exactly as described. It’s so nice to have an owner that will answer emails & questions immediately! As everyone has said, the views are amazing. Watching the turtles up close and the whales in the distance was a fantastic way to spend free time. (Melodee even has binoculars for you to use)Another added bonus was all of the beach gear she provided. Chairs, umbrella, beach towels & a cooler with ice packs made beach going so much easier. The furniture could use some updating, but everything else was perfect!
