    We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
    1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) ...

    Spent 3 weeks in this unit and it was clean and quiet, plenty of towels and appreciated starter supplies of TP, coffee, paper towel and trash bags. Would recommend investing in a coffee pot with automatic shutoff, and a new couch. Other than that, very comfortable unit and an amazing view.

    The view was incredible from this condo. We enjoyed the convenience of the location and stores on the main level. The pool we found lacking in comparison to the neighboring properties. We would stay here again!

    This was a perfect room for us. The room was very clean. It is well laid out with spacious sleeping and sitting spaces. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment has a large sliding glass door and a large balcony with a view of the marina, ocean and Ala Moana park and beach. A hint: parking at the marina is substantially less than hotel perking and is convenient. A couple nits. The sofa is old and tired and as such is not all that comfortable. There were no pans at least that we could find. So we bought a small one and left it for future guests. Also, there was no beach umbrella ( really a mandatory beach accessory) so we bought a cheap one of those and left it too. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would certainly stay again at 1639.

    We have stayed in several units at this property. This was our first time with a harbour view. It was amazingly beautiful and the unit was nice.

    A clean, well equipped property in a great location. The view is amazing. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine and watching the sun set.

    Great property, well equipped. Had everything we needed for a three week stay. Super clean, superb location at the edge of Waikiki and walking distance to Ala Moana Park.

    We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The apartment could have been cleaner, but all considered, this was a perfect place for us and we will be back.
