is a Deluxe, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, partial ocean view lodging with a queen sized bed. It has cool stone tile floors in a variety of light earth colors. It has a modern kitchen, with canned lighting, and a large curved bar with high comfortable seating. Nostalgic modern Hawaiian prints line the walls, There is no dining table inside which opens the unit to more space. The shower is done completely in tile. The lamps are Hawaiian deco. Enjoy the many open air shops in Central Kihei. Kalama Village Marketplace is across from the Whale and Aloha Marketplace is across from Kukui Mall host dozens of vendors who offer unique Hawaiian and Polynesian souvenirs, clothing and gifts.

**Air conditioning is included in the rate during the low season dates of: May 1st - October 31st.
*During high season: November 1st - April 30th Air conditioning is an option for an additional cost of $25/night +tax, to be paid at the front desk.)

This condo is clean and has all the things you need. There is an extra charge for AC (25 dollars a day) which we were happy to pay to cut the humidity, but I don’t know if it would be necessary for everyone. There was a huge storm which shut down most of South Kihei but the management company was on it right away making sure the drive way was cleared up so people could get in and out. Great view of the pool and ocean in the distance. The noise from the pool and from the pickle ball courts didn’t bother us at all, in fact, it was fun to sit on the lanai and take it all in. All in all a great stay.

We stayed in this unit in 2019 and again in 2021. It has been completed renovated and the unit is beautiful and much more practical for a Maui type vacation, the kitchen has a center island which makes the kitchen so easy to work in, all new appliances, upgraded floor. This is a great place to stay.
