Fantastic condo. Great for families or groups the other guests were kind and the tide pools were under rated.
The unit was lovely and had all the items we needed to relax at the unit and to go to the beach. The master bedroom was spacious. The 2nd bedroom has a queen and is a little tight but we only needed it to sleep since the living areas were so comfortable. The owner was quick to help when we had a question. It has a lovely view of the ocean and we watched surfers almost every day. It is very close to town and we were able to walk to meals and shops. It was a lovely place to stay and very nicely decorated.
My husband and I loved this condo! The view of the ocean was fabulous. The deck is pretty much right on the water, so it’s lovely watching and listening to the waves. The condo is clean, bright, and comfortable. Check-in and out process was very easy with the keyless entry. It was a short walk to downtown restaurants and bars. Also about a 5-7 min walk to Royal Kona Resort for food, drinks, or attending the luau.

The view from the unit is fantastic. My favorite part of this place is there was ocean noise the whole time so if we were on the patio the only thing you could hear was the waves breaking. What a treat to have natures noisemaker drowning out any other noises. Great location too! Walking distance to great food, drinks and coffee. The unit was very clean and larger than we expected. The kitchen was well stocked too! Overall we were all very pleased with this unit and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This unit was beautifully decorated with lots of amenities. We use the kitchen facilities, often, saving money and accommodating, various dietary requirements.Beautiful views from the lanai to sit and have meals lovely pool and nice hot tub. The barbeques worked great. The host Anne and responded to our messages quickly. We would definitely come and stay at this location again.

We recently stayed at this beautiful property and couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. The location is absolutely unbeatable – just two blocks from downtown Kona! We loved being able to walk to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront with ease. The amenities at this property are fantastic. The heated pool was a highlight, offering the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring.The property itself is wonderfully appointed, and was amongst the cleanest properties we've stayed at. It feels like the owners have thought of everything to make guests comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the decor is stylish and inviting. However, if I had to make one small recommendation, it would be to scale back on the decorative pillows and include just a few more practical extras like additional bed pillows and at least one more blanket or snuggies for those cooler evenings.Overall, this property is a gem – perfect for a relaxing getaway in Kona. We will absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located, well-equipped vacation rental.

Top floor, corner room unit with large deck and unbeatable view!
Great location - walking distance to restaurants and shopping
Then unit is perfectly set up, bedrooms very quiet and the description in the ad 100% correct. We greatly enjoyed the views and even more so the corner top floor as we were never aware of anyone else. The unit had everything we needed.
Incredible views (corner unit) and sound of waves right on the rocky beach. Walkable to town and small beach. Unit is tastefully remodeled with all amenities as listed. Pool, hot tub and grills nice, not crowded and very clean (crew cleans recreational areas every morning!). Main bedroom w/ ensuite bathroom is huge, 2nd bedroom and bathroom good size. Communications easy. Hope to stay again!
Great aircon and sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins swim by was amazing. The beds are super comfy!
Anne’s condo was the perfect location to enjoy our long weekend in Kona. Walking distance to Kona town and stunning views of the ocean. The condo included all the amenities we needed to enjoy a comfortable stay, including a pack n play for our 1 year old.
We had a perfect stay, visiting Kona for the first time the oceanfront apartment was everything we wanted. The views are unforgettable and the apartment is furnished to a high and modern standard throughout. Just a 10-15 min walk in to Kona which is a blessing as parking is very limited in the town.
We were only here for 3 nights but it was a highlight of our trip and we’d love to return in future.

This place has it all! The unit is spacious and updated. The pool was delightful. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants. The absolute winner here is the sunset view from the lanai! Waves crashing, surfers, calm and peaceful. Superb location!
We loved our stay! We had everything we needed and location was perfect! We could walk to town easily for shopping and restaurants! Also easy to get to all of our other activities!
This condo was the perfect size for our family and the location was great! We were able to walk to many restaurants in town and the onsite parking made trips to other parts of the island easy. Loved the lanai for relaxing and the washing machine was useful.
The condo was lovely and had a beautiful view. It is an easy walk to morning coffee. We did have a small issue with water and sewer being shut off on our last morning. We tried to get specific times from the owner, but never did. We ended up calling the contractor ourselves to get a time. Feel like that wasn’t my job to do. We ended up having to leave before regular check out time due to the shutoff.
Very nice condo. Very comfortable. Best part though is the balcony and being able to hear the waves crashing and watch the surfers! Convenient location. Definitely would love to come back!
Terrible communication, owner emailed us the night before we were leaving to inform us the a/c wasn't working. Found out they new about the a/c for at least 10 days! We should have been called and/or sent a text about this issue sooner and then we would have had time to make a change. 3 portable a/c units were put in the unit which we would have dealt with but they didn't work because the breaker kept tripping. The units blocked our view and we caused blinds to not close properly letting bright morning sun to come in 3 sleeping areas. Owners being on east coast didn't pick up the phone because they are sleeping when we are having an issue; while we can't sleep because it's too hot. There are two bedrooms not three. l would not recommend dealing with these unprofessional VRBO owners. We requested some compensation/refund but didn't receive anything. We spent 2 nights without a/c, an extension cord was left at the door on 3rd day. Between the 3 big noisy units and extension cord we had to deal with, the situation that was not ideal. Owners should have done the right thing and refunded us some of the money for our inconvenience.

This gorgeous two bed two bath apartment was spacious with a beautiful lanai facing the surfers. The kitchen is huge and well-appointed. The master bedroom is really large with a smaller second bedroom. Really enjoyed the hot tub and pool as well.
The condominium was beautiful and well renovated, my family and I loved the deck/lanai.
Unfortunately we had issues with the AC. We contacted the owners through VRBO but they live on the east coast and this made communication difficult. All communication was through text, calls were not returned.
The lack of a property manager on the island made this issue difficult to work out as by the time we communicated there was a a statement of getting an hvac person out but I did not want to wait or allow them entry by code while our luggage was there.

The condo was amazing and right on the water. The sunsets were fabulous. The beach next door was rocky so we didn’t get in but the surfers were out everyday. We could easily see yellow fish in the water so I’m sure the snorkeling would have been great but too rough for our taste. Nice easy walk into town for coffee and dinners. No need to drive unless you’re exploring the rest of the island (which I recommend).
