Had a wonderful stay. The unit is clean and well equipped. The Managment was very responsive and helpful.
The sunsets from the deck were just amazing. They are like a post card every night. Easy check in, clean, and spacious for our family. Friendly and helpful team if you needed anything. The beach was an easy walk or 1 minute drive. Easy access to restaurants and activities. We would definitely come back.
Our family of 7 had a wonderful stay in this home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated yet very comfortable. Gorgeous views, lots of space, and all of the amenities to have a wonderful vacation!
We were absolutely delighted with this condo for our family reunion of 8. The unit was adorable, as pictured or better. The decor is really trendy and fresh but it's not junk IKEA furniture - it's nice! I love the thoughtful touches (plenty of beach chairs & towels, a cooler, TVs in every room, luggage racks). Please ad an umbrella because we had to rent them. :) The kitchen was well-stocked and the beds were comfy. AC worked great. The unit is airy and very clean. We had plenty of soap, dish soap, trash bags, towels.
The BEST thing about this unit was the location - we were 2-10 min by car from more beaches than we could ever try (just 4 min to Kaanapali), good food, shops. I didn't understand from the listing that the beach is nowhere on property (you can see ocean in the far distance but you have to cross highway 30). That was ok - we were able to park mere yards from the unit and we just drove everywhere within minutes. There is SO much to see-do-taste in this part of West Maui. Couldn't have asked for a better homebase.
The rental company was fabulous, communicating with us by text and continually checking in. The only maintenance issue was a really squeaky dryer - I'm sure they'll have it fixed soon.
I never even saw the pool because we were so busy but my husband dropped the paperwork off at the main office and said the caretaker was super-friendly. I literally have nothing but great to say. We all loved this condo and absolutely hope to return!

This was even better than expected! Everything about the place was perfect and it was easy from beginning to end. It was comfortable and quiet and all the amenities that you could possibly think of were taken care of. We took advantage of the concierge and booked a few excursions and they were amazing. Definitely coming back!
This was a lovely spot to stay with the family. The property was clean, beds were comfortable, and the location was close to Napili and Kapalua beaches. They provided beach towels, chairs, and soft coolers which was a really nice touch!! The only detail I'd say would have made it perfect was to give us directions in the binder to where to drop off our registration paperwork - it took us a while to figure out where the on site property manager's office was. Otherwise, I wouldn't change a thing, and would absolutely rebook this exact location in the future.
My husband and I brought our daughter, her husband and their 3 teens to Lahiana. Everything we wanted to do was within a 5 minute drive. The condo was lovely and accommodated 8 comfortably. Beach chairs and beach towels were provided along with beach umbrella. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals (except the food of course!) I did have a hard time figuring out the main room tv. Some step by step directions would have been helpful.

Great stay with our adult kids. Property is in great shape and well located. We went to several beaches and restaurants- Lahaina is a convenient central spot. Communication was great with the management company. Highly recommend!

Dissatisfied and disappointed that we had no aircon in our bedroom for 6 days. Multiple text went back and forth as the management company was waiting to hear from their service manager and supplier. All I was told was they were sorry for the inconvenience and use the floor fan through a text. A room that felt like a sauna day in and out with limited sleep due to it being suffocating was not how we intended to spend our vacation. I finally had someone call to tell me that the parts would not be in until well after my stay. As VRBO states book with confidence and that is truly lacking with this property since I see there was a similar review to mine the month before. So they had it on record for 2 months that the air conditioning was not working in the Murphy bedroom.I was embarrassed for my guest to have to endure this inadequate housing issue. Perhaps back up parts should be a standard for management companies.Horrible experience and again be sorry for not being honest since your apologies do nothing for the consumer. Your in the Hospitality industry and there are standards you should follow. A hotel would have rectified this issue day one. Unacceptable business practices.
We had a party of 8 as the description advertises and one kid had to sleep with mom and dad and one person had to sleep on the sofa sleeper which made it inconvenient for everyone else in the household who wanted to wake up earlier or go to bed later than the person sleeping in the common area. I would recommend advertising sleeps 6.
Also the air conditioner in the bedroom with the Murphy bed did not work the entire time we were there 6 days. We reported it daily to the property manager and they promised to get someone out to look at the unit but no one ever came. It was miserable, humid and hot.
No one was ever in the office which was inconvenient.
The pool was very small and residents were not friendly and seemed annoyed by vacationers.
There were no dressers in bedrooms two and three only a closet and hangers which made us have to live out of a suitcase when I like to unpack for longer vacations.
I would also recommend having a blow up twin mattress if needed.
What we did enjoy was the location, sunsets, ocean views, use of beach chairs, ice chest, beach towels, washer and dryer, dining space and bar chairs for everyone.
I can’t say for what we spent per night, it was a good value. We will be back to Maui, but will not be staying in this unit.

He was more considerate and understanding but as of yet I have not received a reduced rate/ refund for a vrbo that was the worst stay I have encountered in all my travels. As VRBO states book with confidence and that is truly lacking with this property. It was well over 90 degrees daily/nightly. Perhaps back up parts should be a standard for management companies. VRBO should also certify yearly that air conditioners are current and functioning for island hot tropical locations. Horrible experience and I am still waiting for the company to do the right thing.
