Welcome to this nicely updated two bedroom condo located on the peaceful East side of Kuilima Estates at Turtle Bay. The condo features brand new tile flooring in the living room and kitchen along with new kitchen cabinetry!
This unit has a King bed in the master bedroom/bathroom. There is a large sliding glass window to let in the cool breezes. An additional bathroom in the hallway with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is an oversize loft bedroom with a 2 queen. There is a spacious half bath with large closet area in the loft. The loft also has A/C.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home. There is seating for four at the dining table and additional seating on the lanai.
One of the two swimming pools on the East side is located just across the parking area of this unit. Just 30 steps away . The tennis courts are close by as well. It is under a 10 minute walk to the public beach next to the Turtle Bay Hotel as well as several restaurants on the grounds.
Lei Lei's restaurant by the pro shop is a short walk and features indoor or outdoor dining.
The condo complex is just minutes from the top Surfing beaches in the world, Sunset Beach, Pipeline, Waimea. Don't miss beautiful Waimea Valley and falls.
And of course there is the Polynesian Cultural Center that is certainly worth visiting.
Supermarkets are about 3 miles in either direction from the Kuilima Estates. Historic and popular Haleiwa Town is 13 miles from Turtle Bay and offers lots of shopping and restaurants.

We had a great time. The condo was clean and had all of the amenities. It was great respite on Oahu’s North Shore. We were able to participate in several activities close to our location without the need to go into the city. We were able to soak in the beauty of the island, without it feeling touristy.

The positives, the location was nice and a beautiful place to walk. The beds were comfortable The things that we had difficulty with, Paul, although he would finally get back to me, It often took two times messaging. We asked specifically about lawn chairs, he did not know what was available at the property. (Manager should know his property)We stopped and bought $100 worth of lawn chairs, to our surprise there was multiple chairs, snorkel, equipment, and flutter boards. I finally did place a phone call to Paul to tell him that the shower in the master bedroom was not functioning properly. My sister was unable to lift the door to close it. The screen door continuously would fall off. There was a surfboard hung on the wall, It was filled with dust and dirt. I did make him aware of it and he said he would look after it. They did say that there is a map of the property which never came with our checking information. We had great difficulty finding the place at 10 o’clock at night . I messaged him two days before our arrival in the map was never provided. The instructions said one thing, and the sign on the door, said another. It was very difficult to tell if we were in the right spot. The place was very dated old bathrooms Old kitchen, old carpets, running the stairs and in the bedrooms. I never felt I was clean in this place the entire time I was there. If you were an average traveler, looking for a clean, decent accommodation for the money that you spend, this would not be the place. Maybe my expectations were to high for Hawaii???? I feel the owner is getting amazing money for this accommodation and maybe he should start to put some of that back into his property! I wish I could submit some pictures with us review.

There were a couple issues but the property manager was quick to respond and fix. Great spot for a family. Great location with pool a 2 minute walk away!!

Property was accurately described, located in a safe and friendly community. Pool was close by and easily accessible. Conveniently located close to food trucks and activities. Nearby beach was beautiful. Beds were very comfortable and the pack and play was a nice bonus. Highly recommend staying while you’re on Oahu.
