The ground floor condo, adjacent to the pool, is ready for your full enjoyment of this tropical paradise! It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker, blender and toaster. Other amenities include:
1) Patio with furniture, boogie boards, beach mats, some snorkeling equipment, cooler, beach chairs, books and games.
2) Air Conditioning / Ceiling fans.
3) Internet UNLIMITED.
4) Full bath with shower and tub.
5) Cable TV, DVD player, picnic cooler, hair dryer, washer, dryer, iron/board, pool/ocean toys, snorkel equipment, microwave and dishwasher.
6) Queen bed and queen-sized pull-out bed with linens (blankets, pillows, towels, etc.) provided.
7) Three pools (accessible via condo key) and six tennis courts (key can be obtained at condo office with $20 deposit).
8) Free parking (1 car).
9) Land telephone line in condo.

We endeavor to make sure that all items and appliances in our condo are available and functional. We also respond ASAP if there is a problem. We cannot, however, guarantee perfection as we use remote (from us) maintenance people to do the necessary work. ...

We enjoyed our stay. Great location for exploring the island and the condo was well stocked and nicely decorated. We appreciated the extra towels and equipment for the beach. Jerry was very responsive to any requests.

Having stayed at Maui Vista before we knew we loved the complex, but this condo exceeded our expectations! It is spacious, well decorated, and as mentioned in the listing, well stocked with basically everything you could need. We took advantage of the kitchen amenities, as well as the 6 beach chairs, snorkel gear including fins (adult and kid sizes available), cooler, and 5 boogie boards. There were lots of linens, great beach towels, and a good amenities starter kit. All we needed to buy were a few dishwasher pods and some laundry detergent. We loved the location of the unit; the second building is quieter, the pool is maybe 20 steps from the lanai, it is a very short walk to the parking lot, and the beach is about 5 mins walk across the road. We took advantage of not needing to haul all our beach gear down each day, we would lay by the pool (any of the 3 in the complex) and then just walk down to the beach with nothing but our shoes, very freeing instead of carrying everything back and forth! Jerry was so easy to communicate with and it is apparent that he really cares about his guests and wants to make sure they enjoy their vacation. Thank you Jerry and Sue for sharing your island paradise!

We enjoyed our stay at Jerry’s place. The condo is exactly as described and is in a great location. Clean and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. Communication with owner is excellent and we appreciated all the information he provided. Thanks!
