We were visiting to celebrate a wedding. The property listed was as described in the listing. Everything was readily available and ease of access for use of the property. The host responded in timely manner for minor questions. The unit was exceptionally clean and had extra beach stuff if needed. I would stay at this property again as we enjoyed our visit.

Exactly as represented on the site. Fully equipped, stocked (stop in before heading to Walmart). Close to all things Kona. Super clean, safe, and quite. Perfect sunsets. Walking to shopping up the hill if you don’t feel like driving out for the evening. Would definitely stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very spacious and welcoming unit! Kitchen was fully stocked including tea kettle and coffee grinder. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and the linens were soft cotton. The management company was very responsive!

The property is just as described, although you have to be there to truly getthe effect of the beautiful views from the patio and balcony! Would definitely recommentd and_or stay there again. Mahalo!

This was one of many trips to the Islands and to Kona. We have stayed at several rentals including in this resort. Absolutely wonderful. Responsive manager. Beautiful view of green and ocean. Just what this winter weary Canadian needed

We enjoyed BBQ at terrace while watching the amazing ocean view. Also, we played the outdoor pool & jacuzzi and the gym in the neighborhood. In addition, the water gears (e.g., beach towels, chairs, bodyboards, bags) were super helpful to go to the nearest Kahalu’u beach.
